Getting Around Langley
Langley is a district on the eastern side of Slough, in Berkshire, and part of the Borough of Slough. It is a different place from Kings Langley, the Hertfordshire village north of Watford. Junction 5 of the M4 is on the edge of the district, which puts both the motorway and the Heathrow road within easy reach.
Pinewood Studios, at Iver Heath in Buckinghamshire, lies a short drive north: about 4 miles, 15–20 minutes by car. An expansion approved in 2023 provides for 21 more sound stages and a backlot there, so Langley is a practical base for people working at the studios.
Langley station is on the Elizabeth line, with trains to Paddington and on through central London. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival. For a house in a residential street or an office near the station: Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.
A day that combines a meeting at Pinewood, a call at an office in Slough and a visit to Windsor can be booked by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Langley
Heathrow is Langley's nearest airport, 8 miles to the south-east, 25–35 minutes by car. It handled 84.5 million passengers in 2025; flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks. Luton Airport is 33 miles north, 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes. London City Airport is 40 miles east, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours 5 minutes, and Gatwick 46 miles, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Langley, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: the run to Heathrow is short on the map, but the M4 and the airport approach roads can turn it into a longer one at peak times. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Langley
To the west of Langley the Thames valley offers several easy days out. Windsor, with its castle, is 6 miles, 25–35 minutes. Ascot and its racecourse are 13 miles, 35–50 minutes. Henley-on-Thames, the rowing town, is 20 miles, 40–55 minutes.
For a full day, Oxford and its colleges are 47 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. Winchester, with its cathedral, is 55 miles south-west, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes.
For an outing that returns the same day, reserve by the hour: your driver and vehicle remain yours until you are home in the evening. A one-way drive leaves you at the far address, and the journey back becomes a reservation of its own.

Groups & Event Travel in Langley
Productions at Pinewood bring groups that run on a call sheet: a cast landing at Heathrow, a crew moving between a hotel near the M4 and the studio gate, producers in town for a day of meetings.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If the team arrives on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. For a unit that moves together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load, camera and costume cases included.
Royal Ascot, from 15 to 19 June 2027, and the Henley regatta, 29 June to 4 July 2027, fill the weeks around midsummer. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for those dates. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
