Airport Transfers from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) to Langley

One-Way Transfer
A one-way transfer covers one journey between two addresses: Terminal 3 to a family home near Langley station, Terminal 5 to the Pinewood Studios gate at Iver Heath, or a hotel by the M4 junction to Terminal 4 for a flight after nine at night. For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pick-up around the real landing time; for a departure, you set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.
Round-Trip Service
Round-Trip Service books both directions in one reservation: from Terminal 5 to a hotel by the M4 at Junction 5 at the start of a shoot at Pinewood, and back to Terminal 5 when your part wraps. In June, with Royal Ascot nearby, cars in the area go early. With both directions in one booking, the return is secured from the start; you set both pick-up times yourself, and the confirmation lists them.
Hourly Service
Hourly service keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle with you for a set number of hours. When you book, you set the start at LHR, the final address and the hours you need, and you add the day's plan to the reservation so the chauffeur has it before your flight lands. It suits an arrival day with appointments, not a straight run to one hotel.

London Heathrow Airport to Langley: Route and Drive Time

Langley is the eastern district of Slough, in Berkshire, just beyond the M25 to the west of the airport. The ride from the terminals is 8 miles, normally 25–35 minutes. Junction 5 of the M4 lies at the district's edge, so most of the journey is on the motorway and only the final stretch uses local streets.

This is not Kings Langley, which is a village in Hertfordshire near Watford; check the postcode before you book. Within Langley, the station area, the residential roads and the hotels near Junction 5 are each a short turn off the main route, and Pinewood Studios lies further north, across the county line at Iver Heath.

Journey times vary with traffic and weather. If you land in the morning rush, the motorway junctions around the airport can slow the first part of the drive.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at London Heathrow Airport

Heathrow has four terminals in use, 2, 3, 4 and 5, and they are some distance apart; give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there. Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks.

Whatever time you land, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pick-up around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pick-up rules.

Travellers on British Airways land at Terminal 5, at the western end of the airport. Those flying Air France, KLM or another SkyTeam airline arrive at Terminal 4, where the multi-storey closed in late June 2026 and collections switched to a dedicated area.

Arriving at Your Address in Langley

Langley belongs to the Borough of Slough and has its own station on the Elizabeth line. The addresses that bring people here from the airport range from family houses on residential streets to hotels and offices near the motorway junction.

Pinewood Studios, at Iver Heath in Buckinghamshire, is about 4 miles north of the district centre, 15–20 minutes by car. Planning approval in 2023 allows the studios to add 21 sound stages and a backlot. For a studio address, give the gate or building named on your call sheet. Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up.

If you land early and the room is not ready yet, go to the studio first: the studio ride and the later hotel ride are two separate one-way bookings.

From Langley Back to London Heathrow Airport

Plan by the length of the drive, 25–35 minutes in ordinary traffic, and allow more on weekday mornings when the M4 is busy towards London. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Write the departure terminal into the booking: the car heads for Terminal 5 on the western side or round to Terminal 4 in the south, and the route differs.

Midsummer brings two big events close to Langley. Royal Ascot runs from 15 to 19 June 2027, and the Henley Royal Regatta follows between 29 June and 4 July 2027. If your flight falls in those weeks, leave extra time for the run to Heathrow.

How far is Langley from Heathrow Airport?

By road Langley is 8 miles, normally 25–35 minutes, from the Heathrow terminals, mainly along the M4 as far as Junction 5.

Can the car handle an early landing at Heathrow?

The car follows the real time. The chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pick-up around the real landing time, so an early or a late landing is covered. Your flight number is all the chauffeur needs.

Where at Heathrow will I find the car?

At the car park of your arrival terminal. Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pick-up rules.

Is Langley near Heathrow the same place as Kings Langley?

No. The Langley near Heathrow is part of Slough borough, Berkshire, on the airport's western side. Kings Langley is a village in Hertfordshire, north of Watford and south of Hemel Hempstead. Check the postcode before you book.

Our crew is bringing flight cases to Pinewood. Will they fit?

Tell us the number and size of the cases when you book. Enter the number of bags in the booking form; for golf bags, bikes or other bulky items, tell support so the vehicle is matched to the load. Each Sprinter van has room for 12 passengers and their luggage.

What do you need to know about London Heathrow Airport in 2026–2027?

Terminal 4's multi-storey car park was closed on 23 June 2026; Park & Ride and a Priority Pick-Up Area now handle its collections. Heathrow will hold its expansion consultation between 27 October and 22 December 2026.
