Getting Around Kingswood
Kingswood, also called Kingswood with Burgh Heath, is a residential area on the North Downs, part of Reigate and Banstead borough in Surrey. The A217 runs through it, with Tadworth just across the road to the west, and Junction 8 of the M25 lies at its southern end.
Kingswood station is on the Tattenham Corner line, near the village centre, with trains to East Croydon and London Bridge. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
Kingswood Warren, a Gothic mansion, housed the BBC's research and development department from 1948 to 2010. South of it lies Kingswood Golf and Country Club, laid out by James Braid in the 1920s: 2 miles from the village centre, 10–15 minutes by car. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.
A day of client meetings in Reigate, Sutton and Croydon is easy to book by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Kingswood
Gatwick is the nearest airport: 19 miles south, 40–55 minutes by car. In 2025, 42.8 million people flew through Gatwick's North and South Terminals. Heathrow is 26 miles to the west, 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes. London City Airport is also 26 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 2 hours: the road there goes right through the capital. Southend Airport is 58 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. Luton Airport is 63 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Kingswood, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: Junction 8 lies at the bottom of Kingswood, yet the run to Heathrow follows the M25 west for most of the way, so plan around its rush hours before a morning flight. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Kingswood
Epsom, the racing town, is 6 miles north-west, 20–30 minutes. Sutton is 6 miles, 20–30 minutes as well; it is the main town of a London borough. Hampton Court Palace, the Tudor royal residence by the river, is 13 miles, 40–55 minutes.
Brighton, by the sea, is 41 miles south, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes. For the British Grand Prix, Silverstone is 97 miles to the north, 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 40 minutes.
A day out and back with one driver works best on an hourly booking. For a single journey, the car drops you at the address you name, and the trip home is a booking of its own.

Groups & Event Travel in Kingswood
A company golf day at Kingswood Golf and Country Club or at Surrey Downs, its neighbour on the Chipstead side, brings players with clubs as well as cases. For twelve players landing at Gatwick, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load. Enter the number of bags in the booking form; for golf bags, bikes or other bulky items, tell support so the vehicle is matched to the load.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If players come in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own.
The racecourse on the Downs, where the Derby is run, is 4 miles away, 15–20 minutes. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for Derby weekend, 4–5 June 2027. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
