Getting Around Kriftel
Kriftel is a town of about 11,000 people in the Main-Taunus district, inside the triangle formed by Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz. All three are close: Frankfurt is 19 km away, 30–40 minutes; Wiesbaden is 21 km, 30–40 minutes; Mainz is 23 km, 35–45 minutes. That makes Kriftel a workable base for appointments anywhere in the region.
The town's largest business area, the Gewerbezentrum, lies between Gutenbergstraße, the L3011 and the A66 motorway, and a second one on Kapellenstraße at the western edge holds shops, offices and services. Eschborn's office districts are 12 km away.
Kriftel's station is on the S2 suburban line to Frankfurt; there are no long-distance trains here. The nearest ICE stop is Frankfurt Airport's long-distance station, next to Terminal 1, about 13 km away. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
For a day of appointments in Eschborn, Frankfurt and Wiesbaden, booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Kriftel
Frankfurt Airport is 13 km from Kriftel, 25–35 minutes by car. Flights now leave from Terminal 1 or from Terminal 3, opened in April 2026, because Terminal 2 has been closed for refurbishment since June 2026. Give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there.
Frankfurt-Hahn is 107 km west, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes; its flights are mainly low-cost and leisure routes with airlines such as Ryanair and Wizz Air. Cologne Bonn Airport is 161 km north, 1 hour 50 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Kriftel, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 25–35 minutes to Frankfurt Airport when the roads are clear, longer in the rush hours. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Cross-Border Travel from Kriftel
From Kriftel the motorways lead quickly out of the region. Cologne is 172 km north, 2 hours to 2 hours 40 minutes; Heidelberg is 97 km south, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, with a congress centre for up to 3,800 people beside its Hauptbahnhof; Stuttgart is 209 km, 2 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours 10 minutes, and its fair grounds lie directly at the airport, where the CMT holiday fair runs from 16 to 24 January 2027. A transfer from the hotel door to the meeting in another city is one booking, and nobody has to change trains with luggage on the way.
Luxembourg, with its banks and EU institutions, is 219 km west, 2 hours 25 minutes to 3 hours 15 minutes. The trip is booked like a domestic run, with the same chauffeur and car from start to finish, with no change of vehicle at the border.
Germany has notified the European Commission of temporary checks at its internal land borders, so allow for a check on the way back from Luxembourg. Carry the travel documents your nationality and itinerary require.

Groups & Congress Travel in Kriftel
The Messe Frankfurt is 16 km from Kriftel, 30–40 minutes by car. Its halls cover 400,237 m². October brings the Buchmesse, in 2027 from 6 to 10 October, and the end of January and start of February bring Ambiente. A team that stays in Kriftel for a fair needs a morning run to the halls and an evening run back, possibly for several people at once.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If colleagues fly in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. For a group on the same schedule, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
For fair weeks in Frankfurt, book as soon as the dates are fixed. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early in those weeks. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
