Getting Around Hattersheim
Hattersheim am Main is a town of almost 30,000 people on the western boundary of Frankfurt. It is made up of three parts: Hattersheim itself, and Okriftel and Eddersheim, two former villages on the Main that joined the town in 1972. When you book, name the district as well as the street, because the three lie some way apart.
The town was long known for chocolate: the Sarotti factory made it here, and in 1929 the company passed to Nestlé. Today Hattersheim lives from its position between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz. Mainz is 26 km away, 40–55 minutes; Wiesbaden and central Frankfurt are both 24 km, 35–45 minutes.
Hattersheim and Eddersheim stations are on the S1, which runs from Wiesbaden through Frankfurt and Offenbach to Rödermark. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
For a day with a meeting in Wiesbaden, another in Mainz and an evening appointment in Frankfurt, booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Hattersheim
Frankfurt Airport is 14 km from Hattersheim, 30–40 minutes by car. Since 2026 its flights leave from Terminal 1 or from the new Terminal 3; give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there.
Frankfurt-Hahn is 110 km west, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes, and is served mainly by low-cost airlines. Saarbrücken Airport is 163 km south-west, 1 hour 50 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes, and can be worth a look if your flight from there is a better fit. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Hattersheim, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 30–40 minutes to Frankfurt Airport in normal traffic, longer when the roads into Frankfurt are full. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Hattersheim
Hattersheim's link to the A66 puts the motorways north within easy reach. Cologne is 176 km away, 2 hours to 2 hours 40 minutes, and Düsseldorf 213 km, 2 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours 10 minutes. Both are a long day there and back, and with a car booked from your front door, laptop and files travel with you rather than in a train rack.
Nearer home, Kriftel is only 6 km away, 15–20 minutes, and the Eschborn office district, where Deutsche Börse has its headquarters, 18 km, 30–40 minutes. Offenbach, 32 km and 40–55 minutes away, has the Deutsches Ledermuseum.
To the south, Heidelberg is 97 km away, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes via the A3, A67 and A5, and its congress centre in the Bahnstadt, opened in 2024, takes up to 3,800 people. Rothenburg ob der Tauber is 199 km, 2 hours 15 minutes to 3 hours, Stuttgart 209 km, 2 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours 10 minutes, and Bamberg 231 km, 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours 25 minutes. Each of these trips is a single booking from one address to the next, with the same car throughout.

Groups & Congress Travel in Hattersheim
The Messe Frankfurt is 18 km from Hattersheim, 30–40 minutes by car, which makes the town's hotels an option for exhibitors when rooms in Frankfurt run short. The Buchmesse comes back from 6 to 10 October 2027, and Ambiente opens the fair year from 29 January to 2 February 2027. Light + Building follows in March of even years and Automechanika in September.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If the stand crew flies in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. For staff who share a hotel and a timetable, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
Once your fair dates are confirmed, reserve the cars as well. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early in fair weeks. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
