Getting Around Heilbronn
Heilbronn's newest business district is about learning and research. The Bildungscampus, built since 2010 on a former industrial site right next to the city centre, houses parts of the local university and branches of the Technical University of Munich and ETH Zurich. In October 2025 the official groundbreaking took place for the Innovation Park Artificial Intelligence (IPAI), planned for around 5,000 people.
Industry is close by: Audi's Neckarsulm plant is 7 km north, 15–20 minutes by car. A visit that combines the campus in the morning with a plant appointment in Neckarsulm suits an hourly booking, since one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
Heilbronn Hauptbahnhof is about 1 km west of the centre. It is mainly a regional hub where lines from Stuttgart, Mannheim, Karlsruhe and Würzburg meet; for many long-distance journeys you change at Stuttgart or Mannheim. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Heilbronn
Heilbronn has no airport of its own, and three are within reach. Stuttgart Airport is 79 km south, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes by car via the A6 and the A81. Frankfurt Airport is 150 km north, 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 20 minutes, and offers the most long-haul flights; it now uses Terminal 1 and the new Terminal 3, so give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there. Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden is 129 km west, 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Heilbronn, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes to Stuttgart, 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 20 minutes to Frankfurt, both longer with roadworks or heavy traffic on the A6. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Heilbronn
Heilbronn lies near the junction of the A6 and the A81, with routes in every direction. Heidelberg is 69 km north-west, 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes; Ludwigsburg is 45 km south, 45 minutes to 1 hour; Stuttgart is 61 km, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes; Pforzheim is 88 km, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes. Karlsruhe is 91 km west via the A6 and the A5, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes, and Baden-Baden 132 km, 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes.
To the east, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, with its walled medieval centre, is 94 km away, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, a good half-day trip for visitors. Frankfurt is 152 km north, 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 20 minutes, Nuremberg 171 km east, 1 hour 55 minutes to 2 hours 35 minutes, Bamberg 201 km, 2 hours 15 minutes to 3 hours, and Munich 285 km, 3 hours to 4 hours 5 minutes.
On any of these routes the chauffeur drives from your address in Heilbronn to the address at the destination, without a change of train in Stuttgart or Mannheim on the way.

Groups & Event Travel in Heilbronn
Heilbronn is a wine town, and its largest event shows it. The Heilbronner Weindorf fills the Marktplatz around the town hall every September; it has been held since 1971, offers about 400 wines from Württemberg producers and draws up to 300,000 visitors. Groups also come for the Bildungscampus and the AI park: delegations, visiting researchers and conference guests.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If participants travel on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own, whether from Stuttgart or from Frankfurt. For a delegation travelling together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
For the Weindorf weeks in September, book once your dates are known. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early in those weeks. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
