Getting Around Eschborn
Eschborn is a town of about 23,000 residents on the north-western edge of Frankfurt, and it offers more than 42,000 jobs, nearly two for every inhabitant. Deutsche Börse has its headquarters here in The Cube, an 87-metre office tower completed in 2010 in the Eschborn Süd business district. Finance and consulting firms, carmakers' and pharmaceutical companies' offices sit alongside federal bodies such as the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) and the GIZ, the German development agency, which has one of its two registered offices in Eschborn.
The Messe Frankfurt is only 9 km away, 20–25 minutes, and Frankfurt city centre 14 km, 30–40 minutes. A day here can mean several office buildings within a short distance of each other. Booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve, so the gaps between meetings need no new booking.
Office campuses have their own reception buildings and car park entrances. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Eschborn
Frankfurt Airport is 20 km south of Eschborn on the A5, 35–45 minutes by car. Its terminals in service are Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, the latter opened in 2026; give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there. If you continue by ICE, board at the airport's own long-distance station beside Terminal 1.
Frankfurt-Hahn is 118 km to the west, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes, and Cologne Bonn Airport is 172 km north, 2 hours to 2 hours 40 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Eschborn, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 35–45 minutes to the terminal; allow longer after office hours, when traffic flows out of Eschborn Süd. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Cross-Border Travel from Eschborn
For a meeting with a bank or a fund company in Luxembourg, 230 km to the west, allow 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours 25 minutes by road. The drive there is booked as one transfer, with the same chauffeur and car from start to finish, with no change of vehicle at the border.
Inside Germany, Wiesbaden, the state capital of Hesse, is 32 km away, 40–55 minutes, Kriftel 12 km, 25–35 minutes, Hattersheim 17 km, 30–40 minutes, and Offenbach 31 km, 35–45 minutes. The A66 to Wiesbaden crosses the Salzbachtalbrücke, where the new northern bridge opened on 1 August 2025 and each direction has two lanes. Cologne is 183 km north, 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 50 minutes, and Koelnmesse in Deutz has 284,000 m² of hall space; that makes a meeting there and the drive back possible in one long day.
Germany has notified the European Commission of temporary checks at its internal land borders; on the return from Luxembourg a check can cost time. Carry the travel documents your nationality and itinerary require.

Groups & Congress Travel in Eschborn
From Eschborn to the Messe halls it is a short run: 9 km, 20–25 minutes. In October the Buchmesse fills the halls, and from 29 January to 2 February 2027 it is Ambiente; in even years Light + Building (March) and Automechanika (September) follow. Eschborn's own big day is 1 May, when the Eschborn–Frankfurt cycle race starts in the town and finishes at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If a project team lands on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. For a board or an audit team going to the same office, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
For fair weeks and for 1 May, book as early as you can. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for those dates. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
