Frankfurt Airport to Eschborn: Route and Drive Time
Eschborn is due north of the airport, just outside the city limits. The transfer covers 20 km in 35–45 minutes. The car takes the A5 northwards and finishes on the B43 or local roads; at the start and end of the office day the A5 is what pushes the drive to the longer end.
The town has two faces, and the last stretch depends on which one you need. Eschborn Süd, the business district south of the old centre, is where the office towers and corporate campuses stand, Deutsche Börse among them; its S-Bahn station is served by the S3 and S4 lines. The old town and the residential streets lie further north.
Journey times vary with traffic and weather. For an office campus, the company name and the visitor reception building tell the chauffeur more than the street address alone.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at Frankfurt Airport
Two terminals serve passengers at FRA, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and they are not next door to each other: the SkyLine train between them takes about eight minutes. A project team flying in from several cities can easily land in both, one consultant on a flight into Terminal 1, another with an airline that moved to Terminal 3 in 2026. Give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there.
For each arrival, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules.
If two colleagues land at different terminals at similar times, book a transfer for each, rather than having one walk or ride across to the other building with luggage.

Arriving at Your Address in Eschborn
Eschborn has about 23,000 residents and more than 42,000 jobs, nearly two for every inhabitant, so the address on a visitor's booking is likely to be an employer. Deutsche Börse works from The Cube, an 87-metre tower finished in 2010 in Eschborn Süd. The GIZ, Germany's development agency, has one of its two registered offices here, and BAFA, the federal export control office, is based in the town as well.
Office campuses of this kind have their own reception buildings, barriers and visitor car parks. Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up. Add the building name if your invitation gives one.
Some visitors combine a client meeting with a fair: the Messe halls are 9 km from Eschborn, 20–25 minutes by car.

From Eschborn Back to Frankfurt Airport
When the meetings are over, plan the ride by its duration rather than a fixed hour: 35–45 minutes to the terminal on a normal day, with extra time from late afternoon, when the office traffic leaves Eschborn Süd for the A5. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 3: the one on your ticket goes into the booking, and the car takes you there directly. If you continue by ICE, the long-distance station is next to Terminal 1.
One date stands apart in Eschborn's calendar. On 1 May the professional cycle race named after the two cities sets off from Eschborn, ending in Frankfurt by the Alte Oper, and roads along the course are closed to it. A flight home that day calls for an early start and a pickup point away from the course.
