Frankfurt Airport to Hattersheim: Route and Drive Time
Hattersheim lies north-west of the airport, on the far bank of the Main, and the drive is 14 km, normally 30–40 minutes by car. The car crosses the river and keeps to the western edge of Frankfurt, so the city centre stays off the route; in the morning and evening peaks the time moves towards the upper figure.
Where the ride ends depends on the district. Hattersheim proper is the part around the station, while Okriftel and Eddersheim are two former villages on the river that joined the town in 1972. They lie apart from the centre and from each other, and the last few minutes of the drive differ accordingly.
Journey times vary with traffic and weather. Put the district next to the street name in the booking, so the chauffeur heads for the right part of town from the start.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at Frankfurt Airport
Passenger flights at FRA use two buildings: Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, which opened in April 2026 and has the piers G, H and J. The SkyLine train links the two in about eight minutes. Terminal 2 has been shut since June 2026 for a refurbishment that will take years. In total, 57 airlines relocated to Terminal 3 in four stages, the last on 9 June. Give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there.
On arrival, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules.
If your airline changes terminal around the time of your trip, take the terminal from the airline's most recent message about your flight and use that one for the transfer.

Arriving at Your Address in Hattersheim
With almost 30,000 residents, Hattersheim sits right on the western boundary of Frankfurt. Its name is still tied to chocolate: Sarotti was made here, and in 1929 the company passed to Nestlé. A drive from the airport here tends to end at a home, a hotel or a company address rather than at a big venue.
Okriftel and Eddersheim sit on the Main, and Eddersheim has its own S-Bahn station on the S1, as does Hattersheim itself; the line runs from Wiesbaden through Frankfurt and Offenbach to Rödermark-Ober-Roden. If you are visiting relatives in one of the river districts, the district name in the address saves a search on arrival.
Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up. For a firm, add the company name and the entrance you were given.

From Hattersheim Back to Frankfurt Airport
For the flight home, work back from the length of the drive rather than a fixed hour: 30–40 minutes from Hattersheim on an ordinary day, more when the roads towards Frankfurt are full. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.
Departures leave from Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, and the two buildings are some distance apart, so the terminal belongs in the booking from the outset. The car pulls up at the one on your ticket. Anyone changing to a long-distance train at FRA will find the station next to Terminal 1.
Fair weeks are the main factor on the town side. Exhibitors sometimes take rooms here when hotels nearer the halls are full, and on the closing day a stand worker can be collected at the Messe itself instead of returning to Hattersheim first.
