Frankfurt Airport to Kriftel: Route and Drive Time
Kriftel lies 13 km north-west of the airport, usually 25–35 minutes away by car. The B40 carries most of the route, and the drive avoids Frankfurt's centre entirely; traffic around the motorway junctions near the airport decides whether you get the shorter or the longer time.
Inside Kriftel the distances are small, but the type of address shapes the final couple of minutes. The town's largest business area, the Gewerbezentrum, is squeezed between Gutenbergstraße, the L3011 and the A66, while a second, smaller one on Kapellenstraße sits on the western edge with shops, offices and services. Residential streets make up the rest.
Journey times vary with traffic and weather. For a company address, add the firm's name to the street so the car turns into the right yard.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at Frankfurt Airport
Frankfurt runs two passenger terminals today: Terminal 1 and the new Terminal 3, opened in April 2026, with Terminal 2 closed for a refurbishment lasting into the mid-2030s. A new SkyLine train has linked Terminal 3 since 23 February 2026. Give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there.
When you fly in, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules.
For Kriftel, FRA matters as a railway station as well. The town's own station is served only by the S2, with no long-distance trains. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.

Arriving at Your Address in Kriftel
With 11,356 inhabitants at the end of 2024, Kriftel is a small town in the Main-Taunus district, set in the triangle between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz. That position is why companies settle here, and why a visitor's address may well be a firm rather than a hotel.
For business appointments, the Gewerbezentrum is the main place: halls, offices and workshops along Gutenbergstraße, with the A66 right beside it. Kapellenstraße, at the western edge, mixes retail with service companies. If your meeting is at a site with several buildings, ask your host which entrance receives visitors.
Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up. A private address in the residential part of town needs only the street and house number.

From Kriftel Back to Frankfurt Airport
On the return, count back from the length of the drive, not from a habit of leaving at a certain hour: 25–35 minutes from Kriftel to the terminal on an ordinary day, longer when commuter traffic builds up on the roads round the airport. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.
Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 are separate buildings, so the one on your boarding pass goes into the booking, and the car drives straight to it.
On the Kriftel side, a meeting in the Gewerbezentrum that runs late is the usual risk. If your flight is in the evening, a pickup at the company's gate rather than at your hotel saves the detour; book the address of the firm as the start of the ride. The L3011 and the A66 run right beside the Gewerbezentrum, which keeps the first kilometres short.
