Getting Around Offenbach
Offenbach am Main is a city in its own right, on the south bank of the Main right next to Frankfurt; the two centres are 7 km apart, 15–20 minutes by car. Its main office district is the Kaiserlei, at the Frankfurt end of town. The German headquarters of the carmaker BYD and the AXA insurance group are based there.
Further east, the old river port has become the Hafen Offenbach quarter, with offices, flats, restaurants and a planned new campus for the HfG art and design school. The German Weather Service (Deutscher Wetterdienst) has its head office on Frankfurter Straße.
Offenbach's S-Bahn stations, Kaiserlei among them, are on the lines into Frankfurt; for an ICE you go to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof or the airport. If you are collected off a train, add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
For a day split between the Kaiserlei, the harbour and an office in Frankfurt, booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Offenbach
Frankfurt Airport is 22 km west of Offenbach, reached via the A661 and the A3 in 30–40 minutes. Passengers there check in at Terminal 1 or at Terminal 3, which took over from Terminal 2 in 2026; give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there.
Frankfurt-Hahn, where the timetable is mostly low-cost and holiday flights, is 132 km away, 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes. Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden is 182 km to the south, 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 50 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Offenbach, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 30–40 minutes to the terminal when the Frankfurter Kreuz is moving, more in the morning and evening peaks. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Offenbach
Being on the A3 and the A661 puts Offenbach on the main roads out of Rhine-Main. Hanau is 17 km upriver, 30–40 minutes; it is the birthplace of the Brothers Grimm, and the Brüder Grimm Festspiele play every summer in the Schlosspark Philippsruhe. The Eschborn office parks are 21 km away on the other side of Frankfurt, 30–40 minutes; Deutsche Börse has its headquarters there in the Cube, about 87 m tall, and the Eschborn–Frankfurt cycling race starts in Eschborn on 1 May, in 2027 too. Heidelberg is 96 km south, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, and its new Congress Center, which opened in April 2024, stands beside the Hauptbahnhof.
Cologne is 197 km north-west, 2 hours 10 minutes to 2 hours 55 minutes, and its Koelnmesse has 284,000 m² of hall space. For a meeting there with the return the same evening, a car from your door means no change of train on the way and the papers stay with you.
Any of these runs is one booking from address to address, and the chauffeur who collects you in Offenbach is the one who drives you home.

Groups & Congress Travel in Offenbach
The Messe Frankfurt is 11 km from central Offenbach, 25–35 minutes by car, so a hotel here works well for a fair team. The Frankfurter Buchmesse takes the halls every October, next from 6 to 10 October 2027, and Ambiente runs from 29 January to 2 February 2027. On the Kaiserlei, the Delta Hotels by Marriott has meeting and event rooms of its own.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If colleagues fly in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. For staff who leave for the stand at the same hour, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
Reserve for Buchmesse and Ambiente weeks once your stand is confirmed. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early in those weeks. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
