Frankfurt Airport to Offenbach: Route and Drive Time
Offenbach is a separate city on the south bank of the Main, east of Frankfurt, and the airport lies to its west. The transfer is 22 km and normally takes 30–40 minutes: the car follows the A3 eastwards and then turns north onto the A661, which runs past the city's western edge. Rush-hour traffic at the big interchanges around Frankfurt is what decides the final figure.
The A661 brings you in at the Kaiserlei, Offenbach's main office district, which sits right on the boundary with Frankfurt. Addresses in the city centre or down by the old river port, the Hafen Offenbach quarter, are a few minutes further on.
Journey times vary with traffic and weather. Give the full street address in the booking; for the Kaiserlei, the company name helps, as several large employers share the district.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at Frankfurt Airport
Frankfurt is Germany's largest airport: 63.2 million passengers passed through it in 2025, on 94 airlines flying to 301 destinations. At that scale, the terminal is the first thing to get right. Flights now use Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, the latter opened in April 2026, and Terminal 2 is closed. Give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there.
Once you are in the air, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules.
Not every passenger flies to FRA non-stop. If you reach Frankfurt on a connecting flight and are rebooked on the way, put the flight you actually arrive on into the booking.

Arriving at Your Address in Offenbach
For business visitors, Offenbach centres on the Kaiserlei. The German headquarters of the carmaker BYD and an AXA office with around 500 workplaces are there, together with a Delta Hotels by Marriott that has its own meeting and event rooms. A visitor can land, drop the bags at the hotel and walk to a meeting in the same district.
East of the centre, the old river port has been rebuilt as the Hafen Offenbach quarter, with offices, flats and restaurants, and a new campus for the HfG art and design school is planned there. The German Weather Service, the Deutscher Wetterdienst, has its head office on Frankfurter Straße.
Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up. In the harbour quarter, the building name and the street both matter.

From Offenbach Back to Frankfurt Airport
Plan the trip out by the length of the drive: 30–40 minutes from Offenbach to the terminal when the A3 is moving, with extra time in the morning and evening peaks around the Offenbacher Kreuz and the Frankfurter Kreuz. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.
At the airport, the car pulls up at the terminal from your booking, Terminal 1 or Terminal 3.
On the city side, the Kaiserlei is the easiest starting point, being right by the motorway. From the harbour quarter or the centre, the first few minutes run through town streets. If your last meeting is at an office on the Kaiserlei, book the pickup from there rather than going back to the hotel. The Deutsches Ledermuseum, Frankfurter Straße 86, is ten minutes on foot from the S-Bahn station Ledermuseum.
