Getting Around Turin
Turin's trade fairs and congresses run at Lingotto Fiere in the south of the city, about 6 km by road from Piazza Castello. The complex offers about 100,000 m² of space, including the 20,000 m² Oval built for the 2006 Winter Olympics. If your hotel is in the centre, plan the fair as a separate leg of the day.
Turin has two main stations, Porta Nuova and Porta Susa, and Lingotto station stands next to the fair. Check which one your train uses. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
Hourly service suits a fair day at Lingotto or a day of meetings in the city; Rivoli, 18 km west, is close enough for an evening appointment. Booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
The centre of Turin is the ZTL Centrale, with camera-controlled gates at its entry points. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Turin
Turin Airport, at Caselle, is 17 km from the centre on the RA10, usually 30–40 minutes by car. Milan Malpensa is the alternative, 136 km away on the A4 and SS336dir, 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes. Visitors to Lingotto events fly into either one; tell us which one is on your ticket.
Journey times vary with traffic and weather. On the Malpensa run, traffic on the A4 towards Novara can add time.
For arrivals, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Turin, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 30–40 minutes to Caselle, 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes to Malpensa, longer in heavy traffic. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Cross-Border Travel from Turin
Milan is 143 km away on the A4 and Genoa 171 km. For the mountains, Sestriere is 101 km, Breuil-Cervinia 118 km and Courmayeur 148 km: when a business trip turns into a ski week, a single booking covers the drive from the city hotel to the resort.
France and Switzerland are within reach. Chambéry is 207 km away, Nice 280 km along the A6, A10 and A8, and Geneva 248 km through the Mont Blanc tunnel and France. Each trip runs with the same chauffeur and car from start to finish, with no change of vehicle at the border.
France has notified the European Commission of checks at its internal borders, the Italian border included. As Switzerland is not in the EU customs union, customs rules apply at the Swiss border. Have the travel documents required for your nationality and route with you.

Groups & Congress Travel in Turin
Two events in Turin's calendar bring large groups. When, for example, the Nitto ATP Finals are played at the Inalpi Arena in November, the arena's standard set-up holds about 12,000 spectators per session. In May, the Salone Internazionale del Libro fills Lingotto Fiere.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation; when guests arrive at Caselle and Malpensa on different flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
Reserve well ahead for May and November: local vehicles and drivers are booked up early. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
