Airport Transfers from Turin Airport (TRN) to Turin

One-Way Transfer
A one-way transfer covers one journey between two addresses: the Caselle terminal to a hotel on Via Roma, the airport to the Lingotto Fiere entrance on a fair morning, or your hotel near Porta Susa to the terminal for an early flight. For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. For a departure, the pickup time you choose is confirmed with the reservation.
Round-Trip Service
Round-Trip Service books both directions in one reservation: Caselle to your hotel in Turin on arrival day, and the hotel back to the terminal when you fly out. In May, when the Salone Internazionale del Libro runs at Lingotto, and in November, during the ATP Finals, reserve the departure at the same moment as the arrival. You choose both pickup times, and your confirmation shows them.
Hourly Service
Hourly service keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle with you for a set number of hours. When you book, you set the start at TRN, the final address and the hours you need, and you add the day's plan to the reservation so the chauffeur has it before your flight lands. It suits an arrival day with appointments, not a straight run to one hotel.

Turin Airport to Turin: Route and Drive Time

Turin Airport stands at Caselle Torinese, 17 km north of the city centre. From the terminal the car takes the RA10, the short motorway link that joins the northern ring road, and then enters Turin from the north. The drive usually takes 30–40 minutes.

The RA10 itself is quick. The ring-road junction and the streets of the city decide the rest, and they are slowest on weekday mornings and in the late afternoon. Addresses in the north of the city and around Porta Susa come first; Lingotto, in the south, means crossing Turin and adds time.

Journey times vary with traffic and weather. Add the hotel or office name and street to your flight number when you book: with a short transfer, the last kilometres inside the city are a large part of the drive.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at Turin Airport

Turin Airport has a single passenger terminal on two levels. Arrivals and baggage reclaim are on the ground floor, departures on the floor above, and all passengers leave through one arrivals exit, whichever flight they came on.

For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules. For an executive with a first meeting soon after landing, the pickup keeps pace with the real arrival time.

The airport site also carries military and general aviation traffic next to the scheduled flights. It changes nothing for passengers on scheduled flights, who all use the one terminal.

Arriving at Your Address in Turin

Most of the old centre, between Porta Nuova, Porta Susa and the river, falls inside the ZTL Centrale, with 37 camera gates that operate on weekday mornings. Several smaller areas inside it have their own, stricter hours, and the Valentino park zone is closed to all traffic.

For hotels on Via Roma, Piazza San Carlo or around Piazza Castello, send the full address with the booking and we will tell you the nearest point a car can reach on your day and at your landing time. Hotels in Crocetta or San Salvario, just south of the centre, are generally simpler to reach. The Lingotto exhibition centre lies outside the zone, some 6 km to the south.

Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up. The same applies to your departure pickup.

From Turin Back to Turin Airport

Leaving Turin, the useful thing to know is how long the road takes, not when to leave: 30–40 minutes to Caselle, longer in heavy traffic. The pickup time you choose is confirmed with the reservation.

From Lingotto or the southern districts the drive crosses the city first, and in the evening rush that adds noticeably to the time. With one terminal and one departures level, there is no terminal to choose, only the time.

If your flight home leaves from Malpensa instead, typically for a long-haul route, that is a separate run of 136 km, 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes, which can be booked from your Turin hotel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your airport transfer with Bookinglane.

How far is Turin Airport from the city centre?

The airport is at Caselle Torinese, 17 km north of central Turin. The car uses the RA10 link and the northern ring road, and the drive usually takes 30–40 minutes; Lingotto and the south of the city take longer.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at Turin Airport?

All flights use a single terminal. After baggage reclaim on the ground floor you leave through one arrivals exit, and your booking confirmation tells you where to meet.

My hotel is in the centre of Turin. Is there a traffic restriction?

The historic core is the ZTL Centrale, in force on weekday mornings, with stricter areas inside it. Send the hotel address when you book, and we confirm whether the car can reach the entrance or where the nearest drop-off point is.

Can I go from the airport straight to Lingotto Fiere?

Yes. The fair lies on the far, southern side of Turin, so after the 17 km from Caselle the car crosses the city first. Give the fair entrance as the destination.

Should I fly into Turin Airport or Malpensa for Turin?

For a stay in Turin, Caselle is far closer: 17 km against 136 km from Malpensa. Malpensa makes sense only for flights that do not serve Turin.

Can I go from Turin Airport straight to a ski resort?

Yes. Give the resort address as the destination: Sestriere is about 110 km from the airport and Courmayeur about 150 km. The transfer does not need to pass through central Turin.
