Getting Around Weybridge
Weybridge is an Elmbridge town in Surrey, where the River Wey meets the Thames. Junction 11 of the M25 is a short drive west, and the town centre is a compact grid of shops and restaurants around the High Street and Baker Street.
South of the centre lies St George's Hill, a private estate of large houses set among woodland and a golf course, 1 mile from the town centre, 10–15 minutes by car. Its roads are private and the entrances are controlled, so send the full address with the booking and we will tell you how close the car can go.
Brooklands, the old motor racing circuit, is the other landmark. Brooklands Museum and Mercedes-Benz World stand side by side on the site, 3 miles from the High Street, 15–20 minutes. Weybridge station, on the edge of the town, has trains to London Waterloo. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
For a day split between a client on the Brooklands business park, lunch in the town and a meeting in Kingston, book by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Weybridge
Heathrow is 16 miles north, 35–50 minutes by car; it handled 84.5 million passengers in 2025. Gatwick is 33 miles, 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes. London City Airport is 35 miles, 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes. Luton Airport is 44 miles, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes. Southampton Airport is 60 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks. For a departure from Weybridge, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: the run to Heathrow is short, but the stretch of the M25 between Junctions 11 and 14 is where any delay builds. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Groups & Event Travel in Weybridge
Mercedes-Benz World, on the Brooklands site, runs driving experiences on its own track and hosts corporate events. If a company is bringing customers or staff for a day there, and the guests fly in from different cities, the bookings can be handled together. When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If the guests arrive on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own.
To move the whole party between the hotel and Brooklands, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for Brooklands event days and summer weekends on the river. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
