Getting Around Wembley
Wembley, in north-west London, belongs to the borough of Brent and is known around the world for one building. Wembley Stadium, the national stadium of English football, is owned by the Football Association and opened in 2007; its arch spans 315 metres over the pitch. OVO Arena Wembley stands next to it, and the London Designer Outlet is part of the same area.
Three stations serve the district: Wembley Park on the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, Wembley Central on the Bakerloo line, London Overground and National Rail, and Wembley Stadium station on National Rail. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
When an event is on, the streets around the stadium and Olympic Way, the walkway leading to it, are under traffic restrictions. For a hotel, a flat or a venue entrance in Wembley Park on such a day, send the full address with the booking and we will tell you how close the car can go. For a day of site visits or meetings around Brent, booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Wembley
Heathrow is 14 miles south-west of Wembley, 45 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes by car; it handled 84.5 million passengers in 2025 and uses Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Luton Airport, with one terminal, is 30 miles north, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. London City Airport is 25 miles east, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, and Stansted Airport 43 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 2 hours. Gatwick is 56 miles south, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Wembley, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: if your flight is on the evening after a match or concert, the roads around the stadium are still closed or slow after the final whistle. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Wembley
Sudbury, the quieter western part of Wembley with Barham Park, is 2 miles away, 15–20 minutes. Hendon is 5 miles, 20–30 minutes, for the RAF Museum.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, the home of the Harry Potter sets, is 17 miles north-west, 45 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes. St Albans, the Hertfordshire cathedral city, is 21 miles, 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes.
For a long day out, Eastbourne on the East Sussex coast, near the cliffs at Beachy Head, is 100 miles, 2 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours. An hourly reservation covers one car for the outward drive, the visit and the return; a one-way trip ends at the destination, and the homeward leg needs a second reservation.

Groups & Event Travel in Wembley
Wembley Stadium holds 90,000 for football and hosts the FA Cup Final, England home games, NFL London games and stadium concerts. The next NFL fixture is the Houston Texans against the Jacksonville Jaguars on 18 October 2026, kicking off at 14:30, and the stadium has been chosen as a host venue for Euro 2028.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If supporters or a band's crew land on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. For a party of fans going from a hotel to the match, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load. With the roads closed near the stadium, the group is set down outside the restricted area.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early on cup final, NFL and concert days. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
