Getting Around Ware
Ware is a market town in East Hertfordshire district, on the River Lea just downstream of Hertford. Alongside its homes and high street, the town has a GSK manufacturing site, which brings engineers, auditors and suppliers to Ware on business.
The A10 runs past the town, south towards the M25 and north towards Cambridgeshire. Ware station has trains to London Liverpool Street. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
For a visit to an industrial site or a house on one of the lanes outside the town, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop. If you have a site tour in the morning, a meeting in Harlow at lunchtime and a dinner in Hertford, a booking by the hour suits the day: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Ware
Stansted Airport is the nearest, 20 miles east of Ware, 40–55 minutes by car. It handled 29.76 million passengers in 2025, the fourth-highest figure among UK airports, all through a single terminal. Luton Airport is 23 miles to the west, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes.
Beyond those two, London City Airport is 33 miles, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, and Heathrow 43 miles, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For a flight coming in, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Ware, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: the run to Stansted is short, but the M11 can slow down in the morning rush, and a Heathrow flight means a long stretch of the M25. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Ware
The county town, Hertford, is 4 miles up the river, 15–20 minutes. Harlow, over the Essex border, is 8 miles, 20–30 minutes, and Chelmsford, the county town of Essex, is 29 miles, 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes.
Cambridge, with its colleges along the River Cam, is 32 miles to the north, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, a good choice for a day of sightseeing or a university open day.
On the south coast, Brighton is 96 miles, 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 40 minutes. For a long day out and back, an hourly booking keeps one car and one chauffeur with you for the full programme; a one-way trip ends at your destination address, with the return booked as a separate journey.

Groups & Event Travel in Ware
Picture a visiting team of auditors or engineers flying in to Stansted for several days of work at a plant in Ware. For a team of that size, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load, including tool cases and sample boxes.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If the team arrives on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own, and each person has the details of their own car.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early around bank holidays and in the summer. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
