Getting Around Reigate
Reigate is a market town in Surrey and the seat of Reigate and Banstead Borough Council. Reigate Hill and the North Downs rise along its northern edge, and Junction 8 of the M25 sits just beyond them, so the motorway is close while the town keeps its country setting.
Surrey County Council has its headquarters at Woodhatch Place in Reigate. If your meeting is there or at an office near the High Street, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.
Reigate station has trains to London. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival. Redhill, 2 miles to the east, 10–15 minutes by car, is a rail junction with trains to Gatwick as well.
A day of meetings at Woodhatch Place, a lunch in town and a visit to Dorking can be booked by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Reigate
Gatwick is 9 miles south of Reigate, 25–35 minutes by car. In 2026 the airport raised its limit to 57 scheduled flights an hour, up from 55 the year before. Heathrow is 33 miles away via the M25, 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes. London City Airport is 42 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. Southend Airport is 57 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. Luton Airport is 62 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Reigate, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: the motorway is minutes from the town, but the M25 towards Heathrow sets the timing, so plan for its traffic before a morning flight. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Reigate
Two Mole Valley towns are close by. Dorking, below Box Hill and near Denbies, one of England's largest vineyards, is 6 miles west, 20–30 minutes. Leatherhead, with Polesden Lacey, the National Trust house, close to it, is 10 miles, 20–30 minutes.
Henley-on-Thames is 49 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes; the 2027 Royal Regatta is held there between 29 June and 4 July. Winchester, where King Arthur's Round Table hangs in the medieval Great Hall, is 60 miles south-west, 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes. Silverstone, where the British Grand Prix is held, is 95 miles, 2 hours to 2 hours 35 minutes.
To travel there and back in one day with the same driver, take the car by the hour. A one-way journey drops you at your chosen address, and the return needs its own booking.

Groups, Events & Racing in Reigate
Epsom Downs is 13 miles from Reigate, 30–40 minutes by car, and the 2027 Derby Festival takes place there on 4 and 5 June, with the Oaks on Friday and the Derby on Saturday. For a hospitality group from Reigate, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load, and the return is planned for after the last race.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If guests fly in for the Derby on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for Derby weekend and Royal Ascot week. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
