Getting Around Farnham
Farnham is a market town in the borough of Waverley, in the far west of Surrey, right on the border with Hampshire. Farnham Castle, founded by the bishops of Winchester, looks down on Castle Street, and the town keeps a centre of Georgian houses, yards and alleys around it.
UCA, the University for the Creative Arts, teaches in Farnham, and Farnham Maltings, a former maltings by the River Wey, is the town's arts centre. About 6 miles north-east, 25–35 minutes by car, lies the business-jet airport at Farnborough.
