Getting Around Epping
Epping is a market town in the Epping Forest district of Essex, just beyond the north-east edge of Greater London. The town stands at the northern end of Epping Forest, which reaches from here almost to the East End.
The town sits between two motorways: Junction 7 of the M11 is to the north-east, and the M25 passes to the south, with Junctions 26 and 27 both within reach. That makes Epping a convenient base for trips into London as well as out to Stansted and Cambridge.
Epping station is the eastern end of the London Underground Central line, so trains run straight through Stratford to the West End. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival. For a farmhouse or a house on a lane at the edge of the forest, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.
If you need to see two clients in Harlow in the morning and spend the afternoon at a meeting in Loughton, an hourly booking covers it: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Epping
Two airports are the same distance from Epping. Stansted Airport is 18 miles north, 35–50 minutes by car; last year's total there was 29.76 million passengers, all through one terminal building. London City Airport is also 18 miles, to the south, 45 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes.
Further out, Southend Airport is 35 miles, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, Luton Airport 36 miles, 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes, and Heathrow 47 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. After a flight home, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Epping, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: Stansted is a straight run up the M11, while Heathrow means most of the M25. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Epping
Loughton, on the forest's southern side, is 5 miles, 20–30 minutes, and Harlow is 7 miles north, 20–30 minutes.
Central London is 23 miles by road, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes. St Albans, with its cathedral and Roman remains, is 23 miles west along the M25, 45 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes.
For a longer trip, Winchester is 95 miles, 2 hours to 2 hours 35 minutes, with its cathedral and the Great Hall of the old castle. If you want the car for the whole outing, reserve it by time; on a one-way transfer the chauffeur leaves after drop-off, and the ride home is a separate booking.

Groups & Event Travel in Epping
Picture a walking club or a school party coming to Epping Forest for a day of guided walks, with some members flying in to Stansted the night before. For a group like that, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load, including rucksacks and boots.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If people travel in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own and its own pick-up time.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early in the summer and at Easter. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
