Getting Around Cowley
Cowley is a residential area of the London Borough of Hillingdon, at the western edge of Greater London, just south of Uxbridge and beside the Grand Union Canal. It should not be confused with Cowley in Oxford: this Cowley sits between Uxbridge and West Drayton, a few miles north of Heathrow.
Cowley has no station of its own, so trains are met at its neighbours. Uxbridge, 1 mile north, 10–15 minutes, is the terminus of the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. West Drayton, 2 miles south, 10–15 minutes, is on the Elizabeth line, close to the M4 and the M25. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
For a house in Cowley or a business near the canal, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop. A day of errands between Cowley, Uxbridge town centre and the airport can be booked by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Cowley
Heathrow is 6 miles south of Cowley, 25–35 minutes by car. Terminal 4 works differently since 23 June 2026, when its multi-storey shut for rebuilding; passengers there are now collected from a dedicated pick-up zone by the building or from Park & Ride. Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks. Luton Airport is 31 miles north, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. Gatwick is 48 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes, and London City Airport 37 miles, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours 5 minutes. Stansted Airport is 61 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Cowley, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: a weekday morning on the motorway can push the run to Luton Airport to the top of its range. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Cowley
Windsor Castle is close: Windsor is 9 miles west, 30–40 minutes. Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is 17 miles north, 35–50 minutes, an easy half-day with children.
Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Winston Churchill and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 48 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 2 hours. Stonehenge, Wiltshire's prehistoric stone circle, is 75 miles west, 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours 5 minutes, a full day out and back.
For a day like this, an hourly booking lets the same chauffeur drive you to each sight in turn and bring you home. A single journey ends at one address, and coming back is a separate booking.

Groups, Events & Racing in Cowley
Royal Ascot runs from 15 to 19 June 2027, and Ascot is 16 miles from Cowley, 40–55 minutes by car. A racing party dressed for the Royal Enclosure arrives together and leaves together. For a group of ten, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If friends from abroad join the party on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own from Heathrow.
The Royal Windsor Horse Show, from 13 to 16 May 2027, is another date in the local calendar. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for both race week and the horse show. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
