Getting Around Chertsey
Chertsey is an old Thames town in the borough of Runnymede, Surrey, beside Junction 11 of the M25. The motorway carries most journeys out of town, north to Heathrow and south towards Gatwick, while the river and its bridge shape the streets in the centre.
Three addresses outside the centre come up again and again. St Peter's Hospital, the main hospital of its NHS trust, is about 2 miles away, 15–20 minutes by car. Thorpe Park, the theme park, is about 3 miles, 15–20 minutes. Runnymede, the meadow where Magna Carta was sealed in 1215, lies just to the north along the river.
Chertsey station has trains to London Waterloo. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival. For a hospital entrance, a ward drop-off or a house in a village outside town, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.
If you need several appointments in one day, for example a consultation at St Peter's followed by meetings in Weybridge and Woking, book by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Chertsey
With the M25 on the doorstep, two big airports are within an hour or so. Heathrow is 12 miles north, 30–40 minutes by car; it works with Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks. Gatwick is 35 miles round the M25 to the south-east, 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes; it carried 42.8 million passengers in 2025 through its North and South terminals. Luton Airport is 43 miles, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, and London City Airport 36 miles, 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 25 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Chertsey, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: nearly every route to an airport starts on the M25 at Junction 11, and when the motorway is slow there is no quick way round, so leave margin before an early flight. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Chertsey
Short hops are easy from Chertsey. Staines-upon-Thames is 4 miles upriver, 15–20 minutes. Woking, with its fast trains and the McLaren Technology Centre on its northern edge, is 6 miles, 20–30 minutes. Ascot and its racecourse are 9 miles west, 25–35 minutes.
Guildford, the county town with its cathedral, is 16 miles south, 35–50 minutes. For a day at the sea, Brighton is 57 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, with the pier, the Royal Pavilion and the seafront.
The car keeps your luggage and shopping on board all day, and you leave from your own front door. A return trip on the same day works best as an hourly booking; a one-way drive ends at your destination, and coming home is a second, separate transfer.

Groups & Event Travel in Chertsey
Thorpe Park draws school parties, youth groups and families from across the region, and a group arriving by air needs to get from the terminal to the park, or to a hotel nearby, with everyone together.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If the children and the teachers arrive on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. For one party travelling together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load, so count suitcases and pushchairs as well as people.
School holidays and summer weekends are the busiest time around the park and the M25. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for those weeks. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
