Getting Around Byfleet
Byfleet is a village in the Borough of Woking, Surrey, squeezed between the River Wey and the M25. Junctions 10 and 11 of the motorway are both close, and the Wey Navigation, the canalised river, runs along the village's eastern side towards the Thames.
The village grew up beside Brooklands, where the world's first purpose-built motor racing circuit opened in 1907. The Brooklands Museum on that site is 1 mile from the centre of Byfleet, 10–15 minutes by car, and West Byfleet, with its own shops and station, is just to the south-west.
Byfleet & New Haw station has trains to London Waterloo. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival. If your address is a house off the Parvis Road or an office near the motorway, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.
If you have a morning at Brooklands and an afternoon of meetings in Woking, book by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Byfleet
Heathrow is the closest airport, 17 miles north on the M25, 40–55 minutes by car, with flights from four terminals, 2 to 5. London City Airport is 31 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. Gatwick is 32 miles, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, round the M25 to the south-east. Luton Airport is 46 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes, and Southampton Airport 58 miles down the M3, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks. For a departure from Byfleet, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: with two motorway junctions to choose from, the chauffeur takes whichever is moving, but a jam between them still costs time. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Byfleet
Chertsey, on the Thames, is 4 miles, 20–30 minutes. Hampton Court Palace is 10 miles, 30–40 minutes. Ascot, for its racecourse, is 13 miles west, 40–55 minutes.
Henley-on-Thames, where crews race each summer at the Royal Regatta, is 34 miles, 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes. Salisbury, with its cathedral spire and Magna Carta copy, is 71 miles west, 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes.
To go out and come home on the same day, choose an hourly booking: the car is yours for the hours you reserve. For a one-way trip, the chauffeur drops you at the destination, and you book the way back separately.

Groups & Event Travel in Byfleet
Brooklands Museum marks 2026 as the centenary of the first British Grand Prix, held on the Brooklands track in 1926, and a new exhibition opened there on 27 June 2026. If a car club, a school party or a group of enthusiasts is coming to see it, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If members of the party land on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for Brooklands event days and the school summer break. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
