Getting Around Brent
Brent is a borough in north-west London, crossed by the A406 North Circular Road. Wembley is its best-known district, but the borough also takes in Sudbury on its western side and Kilburn and Willesden towards the east. Brent Civic Centre, the council's headquarters, stands in Wembley Park, and part of Park Royal, a large industrial and business area, lies on the southern border with Ealing.
The whole borough is outside the Congestion Charge zone. Rail links include the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines at Wembley Park, the Bakerloo line and London Overground at Willesden Junction, and the Jubilee line at Kilburn. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
On event days at the national stadium, the roads around it are restricted. For an address in Wembley Park on such a day, send the full address with the booking and we will tell you how close the car can go. A day of supplier visits in Park Royal and meetings at the Civic Centre can be booked by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Brent
Heathrow is 15 miles south-west of Brent, 45 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes by car; in 2025 it handled 84.5 million passengers. Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks. Luton Airport is 30 miles north, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, and London City Airport 25 miles east, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Stansted Airport is 42 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 2 hours, and Gatwick 56 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Brent, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: if your route runs along the North Circular in the weekday peak, leave a margin before an early check-in. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Districts of Brent
Each part of Brent has its own reason for a car. Wembley, 2 miles from the middle of the borough, 15–20 minutes, is the home of Wembley Stadium, the national football stadium, and of OVO Arena Wembley, with the London Designer Outlet beside them. Sudbury, also 2 miles, 15–20 minutes, is the quieter residential side of Wembley to the west, with Barham Park and the Vale Farm sports ground.
Kilburn High Road marks the eastern edge of the borough, with Camden on its other side, and Willesden, around Willesden Green and Willesden Junction, fills the south-east. Park Royal, shared with Ealing, is where much of Brent's industry works.
Just over the border, Harrow is 4 miles, 20–30 minutes. Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is 16 miles, 40–55 minutes, and Windsor 20 miles, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes.

Groups & Event Travel in Brent
Wembley Stadium, with 90,000 seats, brings the largest groups to Brent: cup finals, England matches, NFL games and stadium concerts. The NFL is back on 18 October 2026, when the Houston Texans meet the Jacksonville Jaguars at 14:30, and the stadium is one of the venues named for Euro 2028. OVO Arena Wembley, next door, holds indoor concerts and sport.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If a touring crew or a supporters' club comes in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. For a club leaving a hotel in Wembley Park together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early on match and concert days at the stadium. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
