Getting Around Verona
Trade business in Verona centres on Veronafiere, in the south of the city, about 2 km from the Verona Sud exit of the A4 and from Porta Nuova station. The grounds have over 100,000 m² of net exhibition space in 17 halls. If your stand is at the fair and your hotel or client dinner is in the old town, plan the day around the run between the two.
Verona Porta Nuova is the main station, close to the fair grounds. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
Hourly service suits a fair day at Veronafiere. Booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
The historic centre inside the bend of the Adige, with Piazza Bra, is a ZTL watched by electronic gates, where entry is limited to set hours and categories of user. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Verona
Verona Airport, at Villafranca, is 13 km from the centre, usually 25–35 minutes by car. Two larger airports are within reach: Milan Bergamo, 113 km west on the A4, takes 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes, and Venice Marco Polo, 121 km east on the A4 and A57, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. Choose the airport by the flight that suits you; the car is sent to whichever of the three you use.
On the longer runs the A4, the motorway between Milan and Venice, sets the pace. Journey times vary with traffic and weather.
For arrivals, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Verona, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 25–35 minutes to Verona Airport, 1 hour 25 minutes to 2 hours to Bergamo or Marco Polo, longer in heavy traffic. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Cross-Border Travel from Verona
From Verona the A4 runs east and west, and the A22 heads north towards the Brenner. Padua is 83 km away, Venice 116 km, Bolzano 153 km and Milan 155 km. Madonna di Campiglio, 153 km, suits a stay that moves from the city to the mountains. When a wine-trade week ends with meetings in Milan, the car takes you from the Verona hotel to the next address in one reservation.
Innsbruck, over the Brenner in Austria, is 271 km away. You travel with the same chauffeur and car from start to finish, with no change of vehicle at the border. Have the travel documents required for your nationality and route with you.

Groups & Congress Travel in Verona
Verona fills up for trade and for opera. When, for example, Vinitaly opens at Veronafiere in April, about 4,000 exhibitors take part, and the 2024 edition targeted 1,200 international top buyers. From June to mid-September the Arena di Verona Opera Festival runs about 50 evenings in the Roman amphitheatre.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation; when buyers land on different flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
Reserve early for April and for the opera months: local vehicles and drivers are booked up early. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
