Getting Around Brescia
Brescia sits on the A4 between Milan and Verona, with its business visits split between the historic centre and the Brixia Forum, the city's largest events space, on Via Caprera about 4 km west of Piazza della Loggia. On a fair day, plan the Forum and your hotel as two separate addresses.
Brescia station is on the Milan–Venice line, and Frecciarossa and Italo high-speed trains call there; the metro has a stop beside it. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
A working day can start at a central hotel and end in the evening on Lake Iseo, 26 km away, or in Desenzano del Garda, 33 km. Booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
The historic centre is a ZTL watched by cameras at 24 entry gates. Put the full hotel address in the booking; we check it and let you know how near the hotel the car can stop.

Airport Transfers in Brescia
Brescia lies between two airports at similar distances. Milan Bergamo is 54 km west on the A4, about 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes; Verona Airport is 63 km east on the same motorway, about 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. Milan Linate is 85 km away on the A35, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes. The right one is the airport your airline and route use.
On the A4, time depends on traffic on the stretches around Bergamo and Verona. Journey times vary with traffic and weather.
For arrivals, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Brescia, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes to Bergamo, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes to Verona, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes to Linate, longer in heavy traffic. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Brescia
From Brescia, the next meeting is often in another city of the north. Verona is 71 km east, Milan 92 km west on the A35, Venice 181 km and Bologna 195 km. When a visit to a Brescia manufacturer is followed by a client in Venice, one booking covers the drive from the factory gate or your hotel to that client's office. On the road, Milan takes 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, Venice 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 50 minutes and Bologna 2 hours 15 minutes to 3 hours.
Bergamo, 52 km west, and Verona both lie on the A4 and work as a return trip in one day: 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes to Bergamo, 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes to Verona. For a meeting in either city, a Round-Trip booking already holds the drive back to Brescia.
Lake Garda is close: Desenzano del Garda is 33 km away and Sirmione 45 km. For a stay that ends on the lake, the car takes you and your luggage from your Brescia hotel to the lakeside hotel directly.

Groups & Congress Travel in Brescia
A fixed point in Brescia's calendar is the 1000 Miglia. When, for example, the race starts and finishes in Brescia in June, more than 400 crews take part.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation; when guests land at Bergamo, Verona and Linate, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; send the head count and the luggage, and we choose the vehicle to fit. For events at the Brixia Forum, give the event name when you book.
Book early for June and the 1000 Miglia: local vehicles and drivers are booked up early. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
