Airport Transfers from Milan Linate Airport (LIN) to Brescia

One-Way Transfer
A one-way transfer covers one journey between two addresses: Linate to an old-town hotel, the terminal to a stand at the Brixia Forum, or a factory outside Brescia back to Linate for an evening flight. For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. For a departure, the pickup time you choose is confirmed with the reservation.
Round-Trip Service
Round-Trip Service books both directions in one reservation: Linate to your hotel in Brescia when you arrive, and back to the terminal for your flight home. For the 1000 Miglia week in June, when the city fills with crews and guests, reserve the return run as soon as you book the arrival. You choose both pickup times, and your confirmation shows them.
Hourly Service
Hourly service keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle with you for a set number of hours. When you book, you set the start at LIN, the final address and the hours you need, and you add the day's plan to the reservation so the chauffeur has it before your flight lands. It suits an arrival day with appointments, not a straight run to one hotel.

Linate to Brescia: Route and Drive Time

Brescia is 85 km east of Linate, a drive of 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes. The car leaves the Milan ring road for the A35, the motorway that crosses the plain south of the A4 and reaches Brescia from the west. The route avoids the stretch of the A4 around Bergamo.

Most of the time is spent on the motorway, so the start is what varies: the Milan ring road near the airport is slow at the morning and evening peaks. At the Brescia end, the Brixia Forum, on the west side of the city, comes before the centre; an address in the old town takes a few more minutes.

Journey times vary with traffic and weather. Include the full street address alongside the flight number: a company in the industrial areas around Brescia and a hotel in the centre are different destinations.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at Linate

Linate is a one-terminal airport. Baggage reclaim is on the ground floor, and from there every passenger walks out through one small arrivals area. For a buyer flying in from Rome to visit a Brescia manufacturer, there is no second building to search.

For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules. With a drive of more than an hour ahead, a late landing simply moves the start of the transfer, not the plan for the day.

Linate serves routes within Italy and to European cities. For Brescia it is the furthest of the three airports nearby, and the one to book when your flight, for example from Rome, lands there.

Arriving at Your Address in Brescia

On the A35 the car comes into Brescia from the west, and that side of the city is where many business visits end. The Brixia Forum, Brescia's largest venue for events, is on Via Caprera, on the western edge of town, 4 km out from the old centre; for a fair there, give the Forum as the address and book the hotel as a separate run. Companies in the industrial areas around the city are also reached before the centre.

The old town is different. Its ZTL is enforced by cameras at 24 gates, so for a hotel near Piazza della Loggia, send the full address with the booking and we will tell you how close the car can go.

Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up. For a factory visit, add the gate or reception where you are expected.

From Brescia Back to Linate

Leaving Brescia, the useful thing to know is how long the road takes, not when to leave: 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes to Linate, longer in heavy traffic. The pickup time you choose is confirmed with the reservation.

With one terminal at Linate, the flight number covers the drop-off. On the way back, the Milan ring road is the slowest part, especially in the late afternoon; allow for it when an evening flight follows a full day of meetings.

A visit that finishes with a few days at Lake Garda can end there too: Desenzano del Garda is 33 km from Brescia, and the drive from the lake hotel to Linate is booked as its own transfer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your airport transfer with Bookinglane.

How long is the transfer from Linate Airport to Brescia?

Brescia is 85 km from Linate on the A35. The drive usually takes 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes, with the Milan ring road as the slowest part.

Is Linate the best airport for Brescia?

Not by distance. From Brescia, Linate is 85 km away, while Milan Bergamo is 54 km and Verona 63 km. Choose the airport on your ticket; Linate is right when your airline lands there.

Can the car reach my hotel in Brescia's historic centre?

The old town is a ZTL, and cameras monitor its 24 gates. Send the hotel address with your reservation, and we confirm whether the car can reach the entrance or where the nearest drop-off point is.

Can I go from Linate straight to the Brixia Forum?

Yes. Give the Forum on Via Caprera, and the event name, as the destination. It is on the west side of Brescia, so it comes before the city centre.

When should we book transfers for the 1000 Miglia?

As early as possible. The 1000 Miglia is held in June, and local vehicles and drivers are committed well ahead. With Round-Trip Service, the run in from Linate and the run back are one reservation.

Our team lands at Linate and Bergamo on different flights. How do we book?

Each arrival is booked as its own transfer, from the airport where that flight lands. If you book for others, the whole programme can sit in one account, and each transfer is booked and confirmed separately.
