Getting Around Arezzo
For business, the address to know is Arezzo Fiere e Congressi in Via Spallanzani. It hosts OroArezzo, the international jewellery fair, in May, and its congress centre has a main hall of 900 seats. If your hotel is in the old town, count the drive between the two into each day.
Arezzo station, in Piazza della Repubblica, is on the Florence–Rome railway line. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
After the fair, Cortona is 31 km away for dinner. Booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
The historic centre has two limited-traffic zones, ZTL A and ZTL B, with electronic gates at the entry points. Put the full hotel address in the booking; we check it and let you know how near the hotel the car can stop.

Airport Transfers in Arezzo
Arezzo has no airport of its own, so the choice is between three. Perugia Airport is the nearest, 87 km away on the RA6 and the SR71, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes by car. Florence Airport is 95 km on the A1, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, so the road time from Florence is shorter despite the extra distance. Pisa Airport, 156 km away, takes 2 hours to 2 hours 40 minutes. Your flight decides which of the three applies, and the reservation names that airport.
Journey times vary with traffic and weather.
For arrivals, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Arezzo, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes to Perugia Airport, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes to Florence, longer in heavy traffic. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Arezzo
Arezzo lies on the A1 between Florence and Rome. Florence is 76 km away, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, and Rome 221 km, 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours 25 minutes. Bologna is 179 km to the north, 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 50 minutes.
Siena, 67 km west, and Perugia, 80 km to the south-east, each take 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes by car. That is near enough for a client visit and a return on the same day: one Round-Trip reservation covers both legs, and you pick the time back to Arezzo up front. When the fair is over and the trip goes on to Florence or Rome, the car takes you from your Arezzo hotel to your next address in one booking.
For a flight out of Rome Fiumicino, the car can drive you from Arezzo straight to the terminal: 248 km on the A1, 2 hours 40 minutes to 3 hours 35 minutes. Give the flight when you book.

Groups & Congress Travel in Arezzo
Groups come to Arezzo for its fairs and congresses. When, for example, OroArezzo opened in May 2026, 350 exhibitors took part and more than 350 foreign buyers were hosted, alongside over 100 Italian ones. The congress centre's main hall seats 900 and can be divided into rooms of 320 and 510.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation; when buyers arrive on different flights and trains, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; send the head count and the luggage, and we choose the vehicle to fit.
For May, when OroArezzo is on, reserve well ahead: local vehicles and drivers are booked up early. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
