Getting Around Rimini
Rimini serves two kinds of guest. It is a beach resort, with about 6.9 million overnight stays in 2024, and a trade-fair city: Rimini Fiera lies by the Rimini Nord exit of the A14. For exhibitors, the practical question is where the hotel sits in relation to the fair.
Rimini station is on the Milan–Bari line. On event days, trains also call at the Rimini Fiera stop, a few metres from the fair entrance. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
For an evening away from the coast, San Marino is 24 km inland. Booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
The historic centre and Borgo San Giuliano are limited-traffic zones with electronic gates. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers to Rimini
Rimini's own airport, Federico Fellini, is 7 km from the centre, usually 15–20 minutes by car, and about 15 minutes from the fair. Ancona Airport is 97 km south on the A14, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, and Bologna Airport 124 km north, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. Pick the airport by your airline's schedule; the booking then names that airport for the pickup.
Journey times vary with traffic and weather.
For arrivals, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Rimini, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 15–20 minutes to Rimini Airport, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours to Bologna, longer in heavy traffic. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Rimini
Bologna is 119 km from Rimini on the A14, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes, and Ravenna 68 km up the coast, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes. Venice is 267 km away, 2 hours 50 minutes to 3 hours 50 minutes.
When a fair week ends with meetings in Bologna or a few days in Venice, a single booking covers the drive from your Rimini hotel to the next, and your bags travel with you in the same vehicle.
Inland, Urbino is 59 km from the centre on the A14 and the SS423, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes by car. A day there away from the beach works as a Round-Trip booking: the ride out and the ride back to your Rimini hotel are both set when you reserve.
If the holiday ends with a night or two in Bologna before the flight home, make it two one-way bookings: Rimini to your Bologna hotel, then the hotel to Bologna Airport on the day you fly. On that last ride the car stops at the terminal, and the flight goes into the booking.

Groups & Congress Travel in Rimini
Rimini Fiera's calendar brings exhibitors and buyers in three main months: SIGEP in January, TTG Travel Experience in October and Ecomondo in November. The fair added two halls, 8,300 m² in total, in 2024. When, for example, a stand team arrives for set-up and colleagues follow for the opening, each group has its own timing.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation; when the team lands on different flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
For January, October and November, reserve well ahead: local vehicles and drivers are booked up early. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
