Getting Around Brentwood
Brentwood is a town in Essex that gives its name to the wider Borough of Brentwood. The M25 passes just south-west of the town, with junction 28 where it meets the A12, and the A12 bypasses Brentwood to the north, so both the London orbital and the road to Chelmsford are minutes away.
The town is home to the Roman Catholic Brentwood Cathedral on Ingrave Road and to Brentwood School, founded in 1557. Equity Insurance Group has its headquarters in the town centre, and BNY Mellon and LV= both have offices here. Two country parks, Weald and Thorndon, lie on the edges of the town.
Brentwood station, south of the centre, is on the Elizabeth line, with trains through Liverpool Street and central London to Paddington; two an hour continue to Heathrow Terminal 5. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival. For an office on the high street or a house towards Shenfield, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.
On a day with meetings in Brentwood, Romford and the City, the car can be booked by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Brentwood
Closest of all is London City Airport, 17 miles west, 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes; it handled 3.74 million passengers in 2025. Southend Airport is 20 miles east, 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes, and Stansted Airport 28 miles north, also 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes.
Luton Airport is 46 miles, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. Gatwick is 51 miles, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, round the M25 and over the Dartford Crossing. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. Flying back into London, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Brentwood, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: three airports sit at about the same driving time, so the choice turns on which roads are busy at your hour, the A12 into east London or the M25 itself. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Brentwood
Billericay is 6 miles east, 25–35 minutes, and Romford, in the borough of Havering, is 8 miles, 25–35 minutes. Central London is 23 miles, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, with the last miles in city traffic.
Cambridge is 50 miles, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, for a college visit, a graduation or a meeting at the university.
For a cruise or a ferry from the south coast, Southampton is 117 miles, 2 hours 25 minutes to 3 hours 10 minutes. Your luggage is loaded once at home and stays in the car until the quayside. The one-way journey ends at the port, and the drive home after the holiday is booked as a separate trip.

Groups & Event Travel in Brentwood
The Brentwood Centre has an arena that is home to the London Leopards basketball team and to Brentwood Town FC, and the town hosts the Brentwood International Chess Congress. For a visiting team or a party of players coming to one of these events, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load, kit bags included.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If players or guests arrive at London City and Stansted on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early around school term dates and bank holidays. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
