Getting Around Siegburg
Siegburg is the district town of the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, and its landmark is the former Benedictine abbey on the Michaelsberg, a hill of volcanic rock above the old town. Below it, the Holzgasse is a pedestrian zone, and the town museum stands in the house where the composer Engelbert Humperdinck was born.
For a traveller arriving by rail, Siegburg means its station. Siegburg/Bonn is the ICE stop on the high-speed line between Cologne and Frankfurt. Stadtbahn line 66 runs from the station to Sankt Augustin and Bonn. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
From the station, Sankt Augustin is 3 km, 10–15 minutes, and Bonn 14 km, 30–40 minutes. For a day that starts with a train arrival and continues with meetings in Bonn and Cologne, book by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
If your hotel or meeting is in the pedestrian streets around the Holzgasse or up on the Michaelsberg, send the full address with the booking and we will tell you how close the car can go.

Airport Transfers in Siegburg
Cologne Bonn Airport is 19 km north-west, 30–40 minutes by car over the A560 and A59. Düsseldorf Airport is 78 km, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, and Dortmund Airport 119 km, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Frankfurt Airport can also be reached by ICE from Siegburg/Bonn. If you arrive that way, book the transfer from the station with the train; if you would rather go by road because of heavy luggage or an early flight, the car takes the A3 south to Frankfurt.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Siegburg, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 30–40 minutes to Cologne Bonn in normal conditions, more when the A59 slows down in the morning. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Siegburg
The A3 between Cologne and Frankfurt passes Siegburg, so the long road south starts close by. Frankfurt is 162 km, 1 hour 50 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes, and Heidelberg 224 km, 2 hours 25 minutes to 3 hours 15 minutes. By ICE from Siegburg/Bonn, according to the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg chamber of commerce, the 150 km to Frankfurt take less than 37 minutes. To the north, Cologne is 30 km, 35–45 minutes, Leverkusen 37 km, 40–55 minutes, Bergisch Gladbach 33 km, 40–55 minutes, Solingen 56 km, 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes, Düsseldorf 69 km, 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes, Essen 91 km, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes, and Dortmund 115 km, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes.
The train is quick, but it ends at a station. A car goes from your door in Siegburg to the door of the office, clinic or hotel at the other end, which helps with luggage, with a group or when the destination is far from the next ICE stop. You choose the collection time, and the trip ends at the address you give, not at a platform.

Groups & Event Travel in Siegburg
A group may pass through Siegburg because of the ICE station: a team arriving from Frankfurt for a fair in Cologne, delegates continuing to a conference in Bonn, a seminar group heading for a conference hotel on the Michaelsberg. In Cologne, Anuga returns from 9 to 13 October 2027; in Bonn, the UN climate sessions take place every June. Both put pressure on cars across the region.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If participants come in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own, and the same works for separate trains. For a group leaving the station together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
For a fair week in Cologne or a June conference in Bonn, book once the timetable is fixed. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early in such weeks. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
