Getting Around Seville
Seville's working addresses sit on either side of the old town. To the north-west, across the river on the Isla de la Cartuja, the Sevilla TechPark counted 602 companies and organisations and 35,806 direct jobs in 2025, according to the Junta de Andalucía. To the east, off the SE-30 ring road, is FIBES, the congress and exhibition centre, whose main auditorium seats more than 3,150. FIBES is about 5 km from both the airport and Santa Justa station, so from either one the drive to the venue is short.
AVE trains from Madrid and Barcelona arrive at Santa Justa, the station that opened with the Madrid–Seville high-speed line. It stands east of the centre on Avenida Kansas City, the avenue that also leads out to the A-4 and the airport. Include your train details and arrival time when booking so we can arrange your pickup at the station.
For a full congress day at FIBES or a day of meetings on the Cartuja, hourly service reserves one chauffeur and one vehicle for the hours you book. Send the plan for the day with the booking.
In Seville the low-emission zone covers the Isla de la Cartuja rather than the old town: on weekdays from 7:00 to 19:00 cameras at the entry points check vehicles against the DGT environmental label register. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Seville
Seville Airport (SVQ) is 10 km north-east of the centre, and the transfer takes 15 to 30 minutes; from FIBES it is about 5 km. Two other airports come into play when their flights suit your dates: Jerez, about 86 km south, and Málaga, about 218 km east, which connects to more than 135 destinations.
From the centre the route runs out along Avenida Kansas City, past Santa Justa, and joins the A-4 towards Carmona for the final stretch. To Jerez the road is the AP-4 south; to Málaga it is the A-92 east and then the A-45 and AP-46 down to the coast. Journey times vary with traffic and weather.
Book with your flight number. For airport pickups, your chauffeur monitors your flight and adjusts the pickup if your arrival time changes. Your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. Leaving Seville, allow for the drive to the airport when choosing your pickup time: 15 to 30 minutes to SVQ, longer at peak times of day. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Cross-Border Travel from Seville
Seville can be one leg of a longer Andalusian itinerary. Granada is about 255 km east on the A-92, while Cádiz, about 123 km south, fits a client visit and a return the same evening. A single booking covers the journey from your hotel in Seville to the destination address, with all your luggage.
Portugal and Gibraltar can also be reached by road. Faro, for the Algarve, is about 195 km west by the A-49 and the Portuguese A22; Lisbon is about 460 km away; Gibraltar is about 200 km to the south. Each is booked like a domestic trip, with the same chauffeur and car from start to finish, with no change of vehicle at the border.
Portugal belongs to the Schengen area; neither Spain nor Portugal has notified the European Commission of checks at their land border, though internal checks can be brought back at short notice. Gibraltar works differently: it is a British territory outside the EU, and the frontier is crossed at La Línea. Goods you carry across it are still subject to traveller allowances, including limits on tobacco, alcohol and fuel. Carry the travel documents your nationality and itinerary require.

Groups & Congress Travel in Seville
FIBES hosts congresses where arrivals are counted in thousands. When, for example, the ITS European Congress met there in May 2025, the venue reported 3,500 participants and more than 120 exhibitors. Behind a figure like that are speakers on different flights, delegations coming in on the AVE and a closing dinner somewhere in the old town.
For the organiser, the whole programme can sit in one account, with every transfer booked and confirmed separately: a speaker from SVQ, a delegation met at Santa Justa, guests taken on to a dinner in Triana. Where a group moves together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats.
The months to plan around are March or April for Holy Week, April or early May for the Feria de Abril, which begins two weeks after it, and October and November for the city's international fairs, the Tourism Innovation Summit and SICAB, the horse fair. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for those dates. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
