Getting Around Caserta
In Caserta the station and the Reggia, the royal palace, face each other across Piazza Carlo di Borbone, so arriving by train puts you at the palace entrance on foot. The palace has no public parking of its own, which matters if you come by car: plan the drop-off rather than a parking stop.
Caserta station is served by Frecciarossa and Italo high-speed trains, with direct Italo services to Rome and Milan. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
By road, the A1 exit Caserta Nord and the A30 exit Caserta Sud both lead into the city. A day at the Reggia can be booked by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
Put the full address in the booking; we check it and let you know how near the door the car can stop.

Airport Transfers in Caserta
Naples Airport is 31 km from Caserta on the A1, usually 35–45 minutes by car. Rome Fiumicino is 215 km north, about 2 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours 10 minutes on the A1; the ticket decides which one you land at, and the car is booked there.
The drive to Capodichino runs on the A1 and the Naples ring roads. Journey times vary with traffic and weather.
For arrivals, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Caserta, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 35–45 minutes to Naples Airport, 2 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours 10 minutes to Fiumicino, longer in heavy traffic. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Caserta
Caserta sits on the A1 between Naples and Rome, and longer trips from here often run along it or down to the coast. Rome is 194 km north: when a visit to Caserta is followed by meetings in Rome, a single reservation gets you from Caserta to the Rome address, or to Fiumicino, 215 km, for the flight. Allow 2 hours 15 minutes to 3 hours to Rome and 2 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours 10 minutes to Fiumicino.
To the south and east, Benevento is 51 km on the SS7, Salerno 77 km on the A30 and Amalfi 88 km by the A30 and the SS163 coast road. For a holiday that moves from Caserta to the Amalfi Coast, one booking covers the whole run from hotel to hotel, about 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes.
Salerno, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes away, and Benevento, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, are close enough for a day out and back. For a meeting in one of them, a Round-Trip reservation covers the outbound drive and the return to Caserta in one go.

Groups & Congress Travel in Caserta
Many groups come to Caserta for the Reggia, which counted more than a million visitors in 2025. When, for example, a coach party comes for a palace visit, remember that the Reggia has no parking of its own: give the programme when you book, and we will let you know how near the palace the coach can stop.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation; guests travelling on different flights or trains are handled in the same way, since every arrival gets a transfer of its own. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; send the head count and the luggage, and we choose the vehicle to fit.
Book a group once the date is settled, since vehicles and drivers in the area are reserved early. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
