Getting Around Milton
Milton is a village in South Cambridgeshire, on the northern edge of Cambridge, beside the junction of the A14 and the A10. Milton Country Park, with its lakes and woodland paths, lies on the village's southern side.
The railway is close: Cambridge North station, opened in 2017, is on the city side of the A14; from Milton the drive is about 2 miles, 10–15 minutes. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival. The Science Park, next to that station, is a similar short drive: about 2 miles, 10–15 minutes.
For a house on one of the village closes or a business unit near the A10, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop. A day of visits to firms on the Science Park and a meeting in town can be booked by the hour: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Milton
Stansted Airport is the nearest airport to Milton: 36 miles south via the M11, 1 hour to 1 hour 25 minutes. In 2025 it served 29.76 million passengers from its one terminal building. Luton Airport is 45 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes, reached across Bedfordshire.
For long-haul and business routes, London City Airport is 62 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes, and Heathrow 77 miles, 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes. Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. Coming home, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Milton, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: if you set off at a peak hour, allow for traffic at the A14 junction next to the village. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Groups & Event Travel in Milton
If your company is hosting a visiting team on Cambridge Science Park and housing it near Milton, plan the week's travel together. For a team of ten with laptops and sample cases, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If the visitors fly into Stansted on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early around the start of the Cambridge university terms. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
