Getting Around Bicester
Bicester is a market town in the Cherwell district of north Oxfordshire, beside Junction 9 of the M40. Two addresses stand out: Bicester Village, the designer outlet centre on the southern side of town, about 1 mile from the centre, 10–15 minutes, and Bicester Heritage, a historic motoring hub on a former RAF airfield, also about 1 mile, 10–15 minutes.
The town has two stations, both run by Chiltern Railways. Bicester Village station, next to the outlet, has trains to London Marylebone and Oxford, and Bicester North is on the line between Marylebone and Birmingham. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
For a pick-up at the outlet after a day of shopping, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop. A day that combines the outlet, lunch in Oxford and a visit to Blenheim fits an hourly booking: one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.

Airport Transfers in Bicester
Three airports are within reach of Bicester. Luton Airport is 47 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 2 hours; it handled 17.77 million passengers in 2025, all using its one terminal. Heathrow is 53 miles, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, almost all of it on the M40 and the M25. Birmingham Airport is 54 miles, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes, with a direct link to Birmingham International station. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on the terminal forecourts; collections take place from the terminal car parks. Book with your flight number. For a long-haul arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Bicester, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: the M40 is quick when clear, and the M25 section near Heathrow decides the rest. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Day-Trip Travel from Bicester
Oxford is 15 miles south-west, 35–50 minutes, for the colleges, the museums and a meal in town. Silverstone, the Northamptonshire circuit that stages the British Grand Prix, is 19 miles north, 45 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes.
For film fans, the Studio Tour of the Harry Potter sets is 40 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. London itself is 63 miles, 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes.
For motoring fans, Goodwood in West Sussex, the estate of the Festival of Speed and the Revival, is 106 miles south, 2 hours 20 minutes to 3 hours. A one-way transfer drops you and your bags at the address there; to be driven home that night, reserve the chauffeur by the hour instead.

Groups & Event Travel in Bicester
Bicester Heritage hosts motoring events and club meetings on its airfield, and Silverstone, the Grand Prix circuit, lies just to the north. For a car club or a hospitality group heading to the circuit, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load, including shopping bags from the outlet.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If a shopping party arrives at Heathrow on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for the British Grand Prix weekend and the run-up to Christmas. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
