Getting Around Zaragoza
The fair and the logistics platform sit west of Zaragoza's old town. The Feria de Zaragoza, at km 311 of the A-2, is next to the airport, about 15 minutes from the centre by the fair's own reckoning, with more than 360,000 m² and 11 pavilions. PLAZA, the logistics platform of about 1,300 hectares, borders the airport on its other side. The congress venue is elsewhere: the Palacio de Congresos stands on the former Expo 2008 site beside the Ebro, with an auditorium of more than 1,400 seats. A visit that combines a stand, a warehouse and a congress session crosses the city more than once.
Delicias is the high-speed station, on Calle Rioja, served by AVE and long-distance trains and linked directly to the central bus station. Madrid is about an hour and a half away by high-speed train, and Barcelona a little more. Include your train details and arrival time when booking so we can arrange your pickup at the station.
For a full fair day at the Feria or a day of meetings with logistics operators at PLAZA, hourly service reserves one chauffeur and one vehicle for the hours you book. Send the plan for the day with the booking.
Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Zaragoza
Zaragoza Airport is about 15 km west of the centre, 30 to 40 minutes away by car. It ranked third in Aena's network by cargo tonnage in 2025, and as a passenger airport it is smaller, with a short list of routes. For long-haul flights and the wider network, the alternatives are Madrid-Barajas and Barcelona-El Prat, each about 300 km away by road; from either city the AVE also reaches Delicias.
The road to the airport leaves the city by the Z-40 ring road and the A-2, which also serves the Feria de Zaragoza next to the airport. Journey times vary with traffic and weather.
Book with your flight number. For airport pickups, your chauffeur monitors your flight and adjusts the pickup if your arrival time changes. Your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. Leaving Zaragoza, allow for the drive to the airport when choosing your pickup time: 30 to 40 minutes from the centre, longer at peak hours. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Zaragoza
Zaragoza sits almost halfway between Madrid and Barcelona: Madrid is about 315 km south-west on the A-2, and Barcelona about 305 km east by the AP-2 and AP-7. A business trip here can have a second address in one of the two, and a car covers either in a single booking, from the fair to the office at the far end.
Pamplona, about 180 km north-west, and Logroño, about 175 km, each allow a meeting and the drive home in one day; Huesca is about 71 km north, on the way to the Pyrenees. Each is one booking from your hotel in Zaragoza to the meeting address, planned around the time of the meeting.
Some days out are cultural rather than commercial. Fuendetodos, the village where Goya was born, is about 58 km south, and Tarazona, the old episcopal city at the foot of the Moncayo, about 100 km north-west. For a trip like that, you set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Groups & Congress Travel in Zaragoza
The Feria sets the scale for groups in Zaragoza. When, for example, FIMA, the international agricultural machinery fair, was held in February 2026, it drew more than 187,000 visitors, according to Feria de Zaragoza. Exhibitor teams, dealer delegations and farm cooperatives can arrive for a fair like that on different days, by air and by AVE.
For the company or agency organising the visit, one account holds the whole programme, and each journey in it is booked and confirmed separately: the exhibitor team from the airport to the halls, the delegation coming in at Delicias, the guests continuing to dinner near the Pilar. Where a group moves together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats.
Plan ahead for January to March, when the Feria's large biennial fairs fall: FIMA in February in even years, and ENOMAQ, SMAGUA and FIGAN in the odd years. October is the other peak, with the Fiestas del Pilar. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for those dates. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
