Getting Around Valencia
Valencia's business addresses lean north-west, towards the airport. Feria Valencia, with 230,000 m² in 19 halls, is about 5 km from the airport and under 10 minutes by car from the centre. The Palau de Congressos, designed by Norman Foster, stands on the Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas, the main road in from that side, about 7 minutes from the terminal.
High-speed trains arrive at Joaquín Sorolla: about 1 hour 40 minutes from Madrid and 3 hours 10 minutes from Barcelona, according to Feria Valencia. València Nord, the older station a two-minute walk from the city hall, handles regional lines, and Renfe links the two with a shuttle bus for its long-distance passengers. Include your train details and arrival time when booking so we can arrange your pickup at the station.
For a full fair day at Feria Valencia or a congress day at the Palau de Congressos, hourly service reserves one chauffeur and one vehicle for the hours you book. Send the plan for the day with the booking.
Valencia has one low-emission zone of 27.8 km² inside its ring roads; the seafront districts, among them the Cabanyal and the Malvarrosa, lie outside it, and the northern part of Ciutat Vella keeps its own residential access rules. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Valencia
Valencia Airport is at Manises, 8 km west of the centre, a drive of 15 to 30 minutes. It sits on the business side of the city too: Feria Valencia is about 5 km from the terminal. For a trip that combines Valencia with the Costa Blanca, Alicante-Elche Airport, about 181 km south, is the other option, a drive of 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 45 minutes by the A-7 and A-31.
From the centre the car leaves along the Avinguda del Cid and joins the A-3 for the last part. Traffic on the ring roads around Valencia can affect the journey time, particularly at rush hour. Journey times vary with traffic and weather.
Book with your flight number: your chauffeur monitors your flight and adjusts the pickup if your arrival time changes. Your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. Leaving Valencia, allow for the drive to the airport when choosing your pickup time: 15 to 30 minutes from the centre, longer at rush hour. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Valencia
Valencia is on the coast road between Barcelona and Alicante, and a trip can carry on in either direction. Alicante, about 179 km south, suits a supplier visit or a second round of meetings after the fair. Benidorm, about 141 km down the AP-7, is where a city stay can turn into a week on the beach. Each of these is a single booking: one chauffeur takes you and your luggage from the Valencia hotel to the address you are heading for.
Madrid, about 355 km inland on the A-3, and Barcelona, about 350 km north on the AP-7, require several hours of driving each way, so an overnight stay may be more practical than a day trip. They suit a group that wants to stay together, or a trip with meetings at both ends, and each is booked from address to address with the meeting time at the far end as the fixed point.
Closer in, Sagunto is about 30 km north and Xàtiva about 65 km south on the A-7, both within a morning's return.

Groups & Congress Travel in Valencia
Groups come to Valencia for fairs, congresses and cruises. Valencia's Foster-designed congress centre has a main hall seating 1,481. When, for example, a medical society fills it, the delegates arrive on many different flights and trains. Cruise groups add to that: the city council counted 768,089 cruise passengers at the port in the twelve months to May 2025.
For an organiser, the full programme can run from one account, and each transfer in it is booked and confirmed on its own: speakers landing at Manises, a delegation on the AVE into Joaquín Sorolla, and a table of guests booked for dinner in Ciutat Vella. Where a group moves together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats.
Book early around the Feria Valencia calendar: FIMI in January, then the autumn fairs from late September into October, Hábitat and Iberflora among them. Fallas in March is the city's own peak, with the daily mascletà in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the burning of the monuments at the end. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for those dates. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
