Airport Transfers from Valencia Airport (VLC) to Valencia

One-Way Transfer
A one-way transfer covers one journey between two addresses: the terminal to a hotel in Ciutat Vella, arrivals to the Feria Valencia halls 5 km away, or the cruise quay back to the airport after disembarking. For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. For a departure, the pickup time you choose is confirmed with the reservation.
Round-Trip Service
Round-Trip Service books both directions in one reservation: Manises to your hotel in Valencia on arrival, and from the hotel to Manises again when you leave. Fix the return at the outset for Fallas, 15 to 19 March, and for the autumn fair season, which runs through October, when the city's vehicles and drivers are reserved long before. You choose both pickup times, and your confirmation shows them.
Hourly Service
Hourly service keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle with you for a set number of hours. When you book, you set the start at VLC, the final address and the hours you need, and you add the day's plan to the reservation so the chauffeur has it before your flight lands. It suits an arrival day with appointments, not a straight run to one hotel.

Valencia Airport to Valencia: Route and Drive Time

Valencia Airport lies at Manises, 8 km west of the city centre. The car leaves the terminal on the V-11 access road, joins the A-3 and enters Valencia along the Avinguda del Cid. The drive usually takes 15–30 minutes.

The motorway part lasts only a few minutes. The ring roads at the Valencia end decide most of the time, above all at rush hour, and so does the district: hotels in Ciutat Vella lie beyond the Avinguda del Cid, while the fair and the congress centre are on the airport side of the city. The seafront districts, the Cabanyal and the Malvarrosa, are the far end of any run from Manises.

Journey times vary with traffic and weather. Add the hotel's address, or the fair hall, to the flight number.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at Valencia Airport

Valencia Airport at Manises, west of the city, has one passenger building, and every airline's passengers leave through the same arrivals exit.

For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules. For an exhibitor due on a stand the same morning, a late landing shifts the car, and nothing needs to be booked again.

Aena's next investment cycle includes work on the airport's access roads and car parks, the part of the project that could touch a pickup. None of it is in place yet, and through 2026 and 2027 the airport runs as it does today.

Arriving at Your Address in Valencia

Valencia's one low-emission zone covers 27.8 km² within the ring formed by Ronda Nord, Tarongers, Serradora and Bulevar Sud, with about 278 plate-reading cameras. Vehicles with a B, C, ECO or 0 label are admitted. Within the zone, the northern part of Ciutat Vella is an Área de Prioridad Residencial with its own access rules, so for a hotel there we will tell you the nearest point the car can reach.

For fair visitors, Feria Valencia's 19 halls are 5 km from the airport, and the Palau de Congressos, Foster's building, is on the main road in from that side, the Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas. Cruise ships berth at the Transversal and Poniente docks, next to the passenger terminal at the northern entrance of the port.

Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up.

From Valencia Back to Valencia Airport

Leaving Valencia, the useful thing to know is how long the road takes, not when to leave: 15–30 minutes to Manises, longer in heavy traffic. The pickup time you choose is confirmed with the reservation.

Only one departures building serves every airline, so the drop-off is the same whoever you fly with. From Feria Valencia the run is shorter, as the fairground is 5 km from the terminal, and a last day on the stand can end with a transfer straight from the halls to the flight.

For passengers finishing a cruise in Valencia, the pickup can be the cruise terminal area at the port, about 17 km from the airport, 30–40 minutes by the V-30 and the A-3. Add the ship's name to the booking.

Everything you need to know before booking your airport transfer with Bookinglane.

How long does it take to get from Valencia Airport to the city centre?

The airport at Manises is 8 km from central Valencia. The car takes the V-11, the A-3 and the Avinguda del Cid, and the drive usually lasts 15–30 minutes; the ring roads at rush hour make the difference.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at Valencia Airport?

Every airline at Manises uses the one terminal, and all arriving passengers come out through the same exit. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet.

What happens if my flight to Valencia is late?

The pickup moves with it: the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time.

Can the car drop me at a hotel in Valencia's old town?

Most of Valencia lies inside a low-emission zone that admits vehicles with a B, C, ECO or 0 label, while the north of Ciutat Vella has extra residential access rules. Include the hotel's street address with your reservation, and we will tell you how close the car can go.

How far is the port of Valencia from the airport?

About 17 km, 30–40 minutes by the V-30 and the A-3. Cruise ships berth at the Transversal and Poniente docks, beside the passenger terminal at the northern entrance of the port; add the ship's name when you book.

Is there another airport for Valencia?

Alicante-Elche, 181 km south, is the nearest alternative, a drive of 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 45 minutes. It is worth considering only when your flight does not use Valencia Airport, which is 8 km from the centre.
