Getting Around Monchengladbach
Mönchengladbach has two main stations, because the city merged with neighbouring Rheydt in the 1970s: Mönchengladbach Hauptbahnhof in the north and Rheydt Hauptbahnhof in the south. Mönchengladbach Hauptbahnhof has regional and S-Bahn trains but no regular long-distance services, so many rail travellers change in Düsseldorf. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
Santander Consumer Bank has its German head office at Santander-Platz in the city. The old town around the Abteiberg holds Museum Abteiberg, a postmodern building by the Austrian architect Hans Hollein with a collection of 20th-century art.
Borussia-Park, the stadium on the south-western edge of the city, holds 54,057 people and is 5 km from the centre, 15–20 minutes by car.
For a day between a bank meeting, a site on the city's edge and an appointment in Düsseldorf, booked by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Monchengladbach
Düsseldorf Airport is 34 km east of Mönchengladbach, 40–55 minutes by car on the A52 and A44. Weeze Airport is 71 km north, 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes. Maastricht Aachen Airport, across the Dutch border, is 76 km south-west, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Maastricht Aachen has mainly holiday flights, while Düsseldorf Airport has its own long-distance station, where ICE trains stop, and a SkyTrain links it with the terminal in about 7 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
If your flight lands in Maastricht, the transfer crosses into Germany on the way, so keep your travel documents to hand.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Monchengladbach, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 40–55 minutes to Düsseldorf Airport, longer when the A52 is congested. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Cross-Border Travel from Monchengladbach
Mönchengladbach is close to the Netherlands. Venlo is 35 km away, 40–55 minutes, and Roermond 38 km, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Maastricht is 86 km, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes; Liège 118 km, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes; Brussels 181 km, 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 50 minutes. Cologne is 62 km to the south-east, where Koelnmesse has 284,000 m² of hall space and Anuga runs from 9 to 13 October 2027. Venlo, a town of about 100,000 people, has the Greenport, an agri-logistics area, and in Roermond the Designer Outlet at Stadsweide 2 is open daily, usually from 9:00 to 21:00.
A trip to Roermond, Maastricht or Brussels is booked as one journey, with the same chauffeur and car from start to finish, with no change of vehicle at the border.
Germany has notified the European Commission of temporary checks at its internal land borders, and the Dutch and Belgian borders are part of that; a check on the way back is possible. Carry the travel documents your nationality and itinerary require.

Groups & Event Travel in Monchengladbach
Mönchengladbach's stadium, Borussia-Park, holds 54,057 people, 16,145 of them standing. If your group is going to a match or another event there, the stadium is 5 km from the centre, and a coach or van booked from the hotel saves a group waiting for shuttles afterwards.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If the group flies in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own, from Düsseldorf or from Maastricht. For a party on one schedule, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
Book early for weekends with a big event at the stadium and for the fair weeks in Düsseldorf, 30 km away, such as the boot boat show from 23 to 31 January 2027. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early on those dates. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
