Limo and Chauffeur Service at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL)
Montréal–Trudeau handled 22,364,685 passengers in 2025. It sits in Dorval, on the west side of the island, and works as one terminal building with three sections: domestic flights, international flights and the US jetty. Flights to the US leave from that jetty. With US preclearance, you clear US customs before boarding a flight to the US.
Downtown Montreal is 19 km away, usually 25–35 minutes by Autoroute 20 or the 520. Laval, across the Rivière des Prairies, is 21 km, 25–35 minutes. The ski village of Mont-Tremblant is 136 km north, 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours 10 minutes, and Sherbrooke 170 km east, 1 hour 55 minutes to 2 hours 35 minutes.
For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur; the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules. For a departure, you set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Sprinter Van Service at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL)
Congress teams are a typical van group at YUL. The Palais des congrès, between downtown and the old port, covers 1.4 million sq ft, and delegations often bring roll-up banners, laptops and boxes of documents. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 passengers with their luggage. Tell support what the team carries, and the vehicle is matched to the load. If the delegation comes in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own; when you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation.
Late May is a peak at Trudeau: the Grand Prix du Canada now runs on a May weekend at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve, on Île Notre-Dame. For a team or a group of friends arriving for the race, one van from the terminal keeps everyone and the bags together.

Charter Bus Service at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL)
Ski clubs, school groups and tour groups often head straight from Trudeau to the mountains or to Québec City. Coaches come in several sizes with up to 56 seats, and the luggage travels in the hold, which suits skis and boot bags. Québec City is about 272 km, 3 hours 10 minutes to 4 hours 15 minutes. Bromont, in the Eastern Townships, is about 98 km, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes.
Burlington, in Vermont, is about 164 km south, 1 hour 55 minutes to 2 hours 35 minutes, with the same chauffeur and car from start to finish, with no change of vehicle at the border. The St-Bernard-de-Lacolle crossing on Autoroute 15 is being rebuilt until winter 2027, so waits may be longer than usual. Visitors who need an ESTA must have it approved before they cross into the US by land, and they receive their I-94 record at the land port. Carry the travel documents your nationality and itinerary require.
If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
