Getting Around Sherbrooke
Sherbrooke, in the Eastern Townships, is a university town. The Université de Sherbrooke has its main campus in the west of the city, at the foot of mont John-S.-Bourque, with eight faculties; medicine and health sciences sit apart, at the Campus de la santé, which the university links to the main site by a minibus with six runs a day.
For visiting faculty, recruiters or a research delegation, that split matters: a program with a morning on the main campus, a lunch downtown and an afternoon at the Campus de la santé is easier with hourly chauffeur service, where one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
Limocar coaches link Sherbrooke with Montréal and with the university's Longueuil campus, from the downtown terminal and the campus terminal. If you arrive that way with luggage, a car can collect you at the terminal. Send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers to Sherbrooke
Sherbrooke Airport, in Cookshire-Eaton about 17 km east-north-east of the city, is listed with charter and private flights only, so airline passengers fly into a larger airport. Montréal–Trudeau is the usual one, 170 km away, 1 hour 55 minutes to 2 hours 35 minutes by car. With US preclearance, you clear US customs before boarding a flight to the US. Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur.
Québec City's Jean Lesage airport is 230 km away, 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours 25 minutes, and has no US preclearance. Plattsburgh, on the New York side of the border, is 239 km, 2 hours 40 minutes to 3 hours 35 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
For a departure from Sherbrooke, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: allow 1 hour 55 minutes to 2 hours 35 minutes to Trudeau, and a wider margin in a snowstorm on the autoroute. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Cross-Border Travel from Sherbrooke
Bromont is 78 km west, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. Montréal is 157 km, 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 20 minutes, mostly on Autoroute 10. Trois-Rivières is 149 km north, 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes, and Québec City 234 km, 2 hours 35 minutes to 3 hours 30 minutes.
Burlington, Vermont, is 195 km away, 2 hours 25 minutes to 3 hours 15 minutes, with the same chauffeur and car from start to finish, with no change of vehicle at the border. Visitors who need an ESTA must have it approved before they cross into the US by land, and they receive their I-94 record at the land port. Carry the travel documents your nationality and itinerary require. Canadian citizens aged 16 and over need a passport or a trusted traveller card such as NEXUS to enter the US by land.

Groups & Congress Travel in Sherbrooke
The Centre de foires de Sherbrooke, opened in 2011, is the city's exhibition centre, a building of about 7,245 m² on two levels. For an academic congress, the Université de Sherbrooke campus is the other main setting.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If speakers or exhibitors land at Montréal–Trudeau on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own for the drive to Sherbrooke. For a group travelling together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load, from booth panels and sample cases to golf bags for a weekend in Bromont.
For dates with a large fair at the Centre de foires, book in good time: local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for those dates. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
