Chauffeur Service at Southampton Airport (SOU)
Southampton Airport is a compact regional airport: about 885,000 passengers used it in 2025. There is one small terminal, and Southampton Airport Parkway station stands right beside it, with trains to London Waterloo and Southampton Central.
The airport sits on the northern edge of the city. Southampton city centre is 5 miles, 20–30 minutes. Winchester, the cathedral city and old county town of Hampshire, is about 13 miles north, 30–40 minutes. Business trips to the Thames Valley start here as well: Reading is 47 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 2 hours, and Windsor 59 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. Oxford is 65 miles, 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes.
As soon as your flight is booked, add it to the transfer: your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pick-up to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur; the exact spot follows the airport's own pick-up rules. For the return flight, you set the pick-up time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Sprinter Van Service at Southampton Airport (SOU)
Passengers flying in to join a ship form one clear group here. The Port of Southampton runs five cruise terminals, Horizon, QEII, Ocean, City Cruise and Mayflower, and in 2025 it handled about 3 million cruise passengers. The Ocean Cruise Terminal is about 5 miles from the airport, 20–30 minutes, and the Mayflower terminal about 6 miles, 25–35 minutes. A cruise terminal can be entered in the booking form as an address, so type the terminal named in your cruise documents.
A family or a club sailing together brings luggage for one or two weeks at sea. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 passengers with their luggage. Give the number of large cases in the booking, and the vehicle is matched to the load. When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation.
Some voyages start along the coast instead. Portsmouth International Port, with ferries to France and Spain and its own cruise calls, is about 20 miles from the airport, 35–50 minutes, and a van takes the party there in one trip.

Coach Service at Southampton Airport (SOU)
The Southampton International Boat Show returns to Mayflower Park from 18 to 25 September 2027, in a new eight-day format, and exhibitors, dealers and visiting crews come for it. Mayflower Park is about 5 miles from the airport, 20–30 minutes. Coaches come in several sizes with up to 56 seats, and the luggage travels in the hold, so a dealer team or a sailing club reaches the show hotel together.
Cruise lines also bring large parties: MSC Meraviglia is due to start a six-month season from Southampton on 18 May 2027. For a day out before or after a voyage, the stone circle of Stonehenge is about 35 miles away, 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes. Longer routes run east and west: Brighton is 65 miles, 1 hour 35 minutes to 2 hours 5 minutes, and Bath 64 miles, 1 hour 50 minutes to 2 hours 25 minutes.
Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early for Boat Show week and the summer sailing season. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
