Getting Around Pinneberg
Pinneberg, a town of about 45,000 people north-west of Hamburg, is the seat of the Pinneberg district. The A23 motorway passes the town with three junctions, so offices and business parks on either side of the centre are close to the motorway. The largest employer is the Kemna group, a road-building company with more than 2,200 staff.
The district around the town is known for its tree nurseries, which cover about 4,170 hectares; a buyer visiting several growers in one day covers a lot of country lanes. For a round of that kind, reserved by the hour, one chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you for the time you reserve.
Pinneberg station is the end of the S3 line from Hamburg, and regional trains continue north towards Itzehoe. Add the train and its arrival time to the booking, and the car is scheduled for that arrival.
The baroque Drostei, built in 1765–1767, is now the town's cultural centre. For an event there or an appointment in the centre, send the full address with your booking; the confirmation then tells you where the car will stop.

Airport Transfers in Pinneberg
Hamburg Airport is 33 km from Pinneberg along the A23, 40–55 minutes by car, and it serves the most routes of the three. Its Terminals 1 and 2 are joined by the Airport Plaza, and the S1 station lies beneath it; give your terminal in the booking and the car goes there. Lübeck Airport, 105 km away, takes 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes and has only a few routes, among them Ryanair to London Stansted, Palma and Málaga. Bremen Airport is 143 km to the south-west, 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes. The right one depends on your airline and route.
Book with your flight number. For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur. For a departure from Pinneberg, what counts is the length of the drive, not the time on the clock: 40–55 minutes to Hamburg Airport if the A23 flows, longer with queues towards Hamburg. Journey times vary with traffic and weather. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Long-Distance & Multi-City Travel from Pinneberg
Hamburg is the obvious first destination: 34 km, 40–55 minutes, to the centre. Since autumn 2020 the Jungfernstieg there has been largely closed to cars, and the cruise terminals are at Altona, Steinwerder and HafenCity. Elmshorn, the neighbouring town to the north, is only 7 km away, 15–20 minutes; with 51,375 residents it is the largest town in the district and a rail junction towards Hamburg, Kiel and Westerland.
Further afield, Lübeck, whose old town UNESCO listed as World Heritage in 1987, is 99 km east, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes; Bremen, where the town hall and the Roland have been World Heritage since 2004, is 144 km south-west, 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes; and Hanover is 184 km south, 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 50 minutes. Hanover's exhibition grounds have about 392,000 m² of hall space, and HANNOVER MESSE takes place there from 5 to 8 April 2027. A visit to a supplier or a head office in one of these cities becomes a single booking from Pinneberg to the door, and the samples or documents you carry stay in the car.

Groups & Event Travel in Pinneberg
Pinneberg's own summer highlight is SummerJazz, a jazz festival on the second weekend of August. For a conference, Hamburg is close: the CCH congress centre next to Dammtor station holds up to 12,000 visitors and has about 8,000 hotel beds nearby, and a team staying in Pinneberg then needs a morning run into the city and an evening run back.
When you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation. If colleagues come in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own. For a team moving together, a Sprinter van carries up to 12 people with their bags, and bigger groups go by coach, with up to 56 seats; the vehicle is matched to the load.
For the August festival weekend and for big congress dates in Hamburg, book once your dates are fixed. Local vehicles and drivers are booked up early on such dates. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
