Limo and Chauffeur Service at Victoria International Airport (YYJ)
YYJ welcomed 1,986,057 passengers in 2025. It stands on the Saanich Peninsula, in North Saanich beside the town of Sidney, and all flights use a single terminal. The Pat Bay Highway (Highway 17) links the airport with the city. There is no US preclearance at YYJ.
Downtown Victoria is 26 km south, usually 30–40 minutes. Close to the runways, the Swartz Bay ferry terminal is about 8 km, 15–20 minutes, and the Butchart Gardens at Brentwood Bay about 15 km, 20–25 minutes. Up-island, Duncan is about 78 km, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, and Nanaimo about 128 km, 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 20 minutes.
For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur; the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules. For a departure, you set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Sprinter Van Service at Victoria International Airport (YYJ)
Conference teams are a common van booking at YYJ. The Victoria Conference Centre, joined to the Fairmont Empress on the Inner Harbour, offers 21 rooms for meetings, among them a 400-seat theatre and a hall for exhibits, and a team often flies in with display cases and laptops. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 passengers with their luggage. List the cases with the booking, and the vehicle is matched to the load. If colleagues land on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own, and when you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation.
Victoria is on Vancouver Island, so the mainland is a ferry trip, not a drive. BC Ferries sails from Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen, south of Vancouver, in about 1 hour 35 minutes, plus loading time at each end; plan the van around the sailing you choose.

Charter Bus Service at Victoria International Airport (YYJ)
Cruise ships call at Ogden Point from April to October; the 2026 season was projected at about 335 calls and just over one million passengers. The cruise terminal is about 29 km from YYJ, 35–45 minutes. Coaches come in several sizes with up to 56 seats, and the luggage travels in the hold, which suits tour groups, school trips and sports teams flying in for a stay on the island.
The Butchart Gardens, about 15 km away, sit on the same side of the peninsula as the airport, which makes an easy first outing for a tour group. Groups going to Seattle travel by sea: the Clipper terminal on Belleville Street is about 27 km from the airport, and that passenger-only boat reaches Seattle in about 2 hours 45 minutes. For the mainland, the coach goes to Swartz Bay and the BC Ferries sailing sets the rest of the schedule.
For a summer weekend, local vehicles and drivers are booked up early. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
