Region of Waterloo International Airport to Vaughan: Route and Drive Time
Vaughan lies just north of Toronto in York Region, on the far side of the GTA from Breslau. The trip is 95 km, and a car normally needs 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on how busy the roads across the north of Peel and York are.
Since December 2017 the TTC's Line 1 has terminated in Vaughan's new downtown, the VMC, where Jane Street crosses Highway 7. North of there, the theme park, the hospital and the Vaughan Mills mall all lie within a few kilometres of Highway 400.
Journey times vary with traffic and weather. With the full address, including the tower or the entrance, the chauffeur can go straight to the right side of a large site.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at Region of Waterloo International Airport
All flights at YKF use the same terminal with four gates. Flair, Sunwing and WestJet operate the direct routes, some only in summer or winter.
Once the flight number is in your booking, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules. Families flying back from a winter sun holiday often land with several large cases; mention them in the booking so the car has room.

Arriving at Your Address in Vaughan
The VMC subway entrance, on Millway Avenue just west of Jane, connects to Viva buses and the SmartCentres Place terminal, with new towers all around. The Vaughan Mills mall, close to 1.3 million sq ft, sits by the Rutherford Road exit of Highway 400.
Mackenzie Health's Cortellucci hospital is on the north side of the theme park, at the Major Mackenzie and Jane intersection. Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up. For the park, name the gate or the hotel next to it.

From Vaughan Back to Region of Waterloo International Airport
Count 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes from Vaughan to Breslau. You set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it. On summer Fridays and long weekends, traffic on Highway 400 is heavy, mostly northbound, so leaving from an address near the highway can take longer.
Pearson and Billy Bishop are both much closer to Vaughan; YKF is worth the extra distance when it has your airline, your destination or a better departure time.
