Limo and Chauffeur Service at Fredericton International Airport (YFC)
Fredericton International Airport handled 377,346 passengers in 2024, and traffic grew by another 4.4% in 2025. Air Canada links it daily with Toronto, Montréal and Ottawa, and WestJet adds a seasonal route to Calgary. There is no US preclearance at Fredericton.
Downtown Fredericton, with the Legislative Assembly and the Queen Street hotels, is 16 km away, usually 20–25 minutes. Saint John is about 96 km, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, and Moncton 161 km east, 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes.
For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur; the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules. For a departure, you set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Sprinter Van Service at Fredericton International Airport (YFC)
A delegation coming to meet officials of the provincial government is a natural van group at YFC, with briefcases, laptops and suitcases for the same Queen Street hotel. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 passengers with their luggage. Note any presentation material along with the bags, and the vehicle is matched to the load. If the visitors come in on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own; when you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation.
University visits are the other pattern: the University of New Brunswick, founded in 1785, has its historic campus just outside downtown. A family moving a student in at the start of term fits into one van with the boxes. Saint John Airport, about 120 km away (1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours), is the other airport within reach if your airline flies there.

Charter Bus Service at Fredericton International Airport (YFC)
The Harvest Music Festival fills downtown Fredericton with dozens of stages each September, and in 2027 it is set for 14 to 19 September. For a band, a crew or a group of fans coming together, a coach keeps everyone in one vehicle. The Fredericton Convention Centre, with 36,000 sq ft of meeting space on Queen Street, hosts congress delegations as well. Coaches come in several sizes with up to 56 seats, and the luggage travels in the hold. During festival week, local vehicles and drivers are booked up early.
For a group tour, the tidal Hopewell Rocks lie about 200 km from the airport, 2 hours 15 minutes to 3 hours, and Charlottetown, on Prince Edward Island, is about 327 km, 3 hours 35 minutes to 4 hours 50 minutes, by the Confederation Bridge.
If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
