Limo and Chauffeur Service at Abbotsford International Airport (YXX)
Abbotsford International handled 1,025,655 passengers in 2025. After YVR, it is the second airport of the Lower Mainland, set in the Fraser Valley close to the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) and a short drive from the US border. There is no US preclearance at YXX.
Central Abbotsford is 7 km from the terminal, 10–15 minutes. To the west, Surrey is 43 km, 35–45 minutes, and Burnaby 56 km, 40–55 minutes. Downtown Vancouver is 67 km, 55 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. Richmond is 66 km, 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes.
For an arrival, your chauffeur checks the flight status and times the pickup to when you actually land, and your booking confirmation shows where to meet the chauffeur; the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules. For a departure, you set the pickup time yourself, and the confirmation shows it.

Sprinter Van Service at Abbotsford International Airport (YXX)
Exhibitor crews make up a typical van group here. Tradex, the Fraser Valley Trade and Exhibition Centre, sits right beside the runways, with two halls of 60,000 sq ft that can be used apart or as one, and a crew usually flies in with stand panels and sample boxes. A Sprinter van carries up to 12 passengers with their luggage. Tell support how many boxes come along, and the vehicle is matched to the load. If the crew lands on several flights, every arrival gets a transfer of its own, and when you book for other people, all their transfers can be kept in one account, each with its own booking and confirmation.
Long-haul trips from the region often start at the larger airport instead. Vancouver International (YVR) is about 74 km from YXX, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, so check which airport each traveller's ticket shows before you book.

Charter Bus Service at Abbotsford International Airport (YXX)
Each August the Abbotsford International Airshow takes over the airfield for a weekend, and spectators, crews and volunteers arrive from across the province. Coaches come in several sizes with up to 56 seats, and the luggage travels in the hold, which also suits sports teams and school groups. Harrison Hot Springs, at the foot of the mountains, is about 67 km away, 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes. Whistler is 188 km, 2 hours 25 minutes to 3 hours 15 minutes.
The US is close. The Huntingdon crossing to Sumas, open 24 hours, is about 12 km from the terminal; Bellingham, in Washington State, is about 43 km, and Seattle about 187 km, 2 hours 10 minutes to 2 hours 55 minutes. The trip runs with the same chauffeur and car from start to finish, with no change of vehicle at the border. Visitors who need an ESTA must have it approved before they cross into the US by land, and they receive their I-94 record at the land port. Carry the travel documents your nationality and itinerary require.
During airshow weekend, local vehicles and drivers are booked up early. If your plans go beyond a standard booking, write to support with the dates, addresses, number of passengers, flights and luggage, and the team will arrange it.
