Linate to Monza: Route and Drive Time
Monza is 18 km north of Linate, and the drive usually takes 25–35 minutes. The car stays outside central Milan: it takes the Tangenziale Est, the ring road on the eastern side of the city, then the Tangenziale Nord, and comes into Monza from the south.
The ring roads carry heavy commuter traffic, and the junctions between them set most of the time at the morning and evening peaks. Outside those hours, the run is short. The Autodromo is on the far side of the town, inside the Parco di Monza: it is about 23 km from the terminal, 30–40 minutes, and on race days the roads around the park take longer.
Journey times vary with traffic and weather. With your flight number, give the hotel in Monza or the park entrance printed on your ticket, since the circuit has several gates on different sides of the park.

Meeting Your Chauffeur at Linate
Linate has a single terminal. After baggage reclaim, on the ground floor, all passengers leave through one small arrivals area. For a team member flying in from another European city to join the race weekend, there is no terminal to guess.
For arrivals, the chauffeur tracks your flight and plans the pickup around the real landing time. Your booking confirmation tells you where to meet, and the exact spot follows the airport's own pickup rules. A crew member whose flight is late on the Friday before the race is still collected when the plane actually lands.
Linate is Milan's city airport, with flights from Italian and European cities. For Monza that matters: of the three Milan airports, it is the nearest by some distance.

Arriving at Your Hotel or the Circuit in Monza
In the old centre of Monza the streets are split into three ZTL areas, and each can be entered only through its own camera gates. For a hotel there, send the street and number with the booking, and we will tell you the nearest point the car can reach.
For the circuit, the destination is a gate, not the town. The Autodromo lies inside the Parco di Monza, a large park with entrances on several sides, and passes and hospitality tickets name the one to use. If you continue by train instead, the station on Via Caduti del Lavoro has suburban services towards Milan and can be the drop-off.
Give the exact address when you book, and your confirmation shows where the car will pull up. For the circuit, write the name of the gate as the address, not just "Autodromo".

From Monza Back to Linate
Leaving Monza, the useful thing to know is how long the road takes, not when to leave: 25–35 minutes to Linate, longer in heavy traffic. The pickup time you choose is confirmed with the reservation.
Linate has one terminal, so the flight number is all the car needs for the drop-off. From the circuit the run is longer, about 30–40 minutes, and on the evening after a race many cars leave the park at the same time, so choose your pickup with that in mind.
If your trip ends in Milan instead of at the airport, the drop-off can be your Milan hotel, 21 km from Monza. And if Lecco or Como come next, 40 km and 38 km from Monza, book that leg as its own transfer.
