Event Planner

I am an event planner who received a call from the Executive Assitant of an EVP attending my event. He was arriving late and she wanted to know who was collecting him from the airport. As his arrival was late and our venue was over an hour away I suggested scheduling an Uber which was not well received. I contacted another local company and received a four digit quote (3 hour minimum garage to garage). Then I found booking lane. Fast, efficient, beautiful car, respectful driver, great communication. I booked my car reservation at the last minute, less than 24 hours before my flight. Thomas reached out to me that evening and arrived 15 minutes early for a very early morning pickup. He was professional, accommodating, and very pleasant. The vehicle was very clean, I was offered water and a snack, and Thomas did not have the radio on or his navigation system too loud (did I mention this was early in the morning?), this was very much appreciated.

Had private car drive colleague and I to client concert at Coachella, wait for us and return us safely home the same night. The driver was very safe and conscientious and very professional. Only wish that the driver was more familiar with the restricted parking and preferred parking areas to avoid the traffic. However, other than that, we had a great driver and experience. Booking the car was easy and felt like white-glove service.
